The Little Clinic

We just moved here and I had to take my daughter in today. We had a great experience. The MA was very pleasant. The doctor on staff Dr. Franco was great! She is very good at what she does and was very helpful and friendly. We got an appointment same day. Little wait time. The exam room was very nice and clean.

I made an appointment for my child and was seen right at his time. My child decided to read the whole eye test chart and Blake, the nurse practitioner that worked with us, let him finish before he started his assessment. I thought that was really nice.

Very friendly staff. Fast and clean place. Dr.Amy and Dr.Clemens are amazing. Amy had treated my cough within 7-10 days when I was bothered for a little more then 3 weeks and my primary care doctor couldn’t fix it.
I usually go to my doctor for other routine check ups but when I have seasonal cough during winter time I always go to little clinic on Dolphin drive.

What a wonderful convenience! Scheduled an appointment online, walked in and was seen within 6 minutes. Picked up antibiotics next door in the pharmacy and was out of Kroger in a half an hour. Thank you for being there and for serving the community.

Visiting from out of town. No local pediatrician office would see my 2.5 year old with a cough. They got us right in and were very thorough and great with my daughter. Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies at the little clinic.

Great service, kind of long walk in time but appointments are quick.

Called about 20 minutes before appointment to cancel, didn’t have anyone on staff to provide the DOT physical scheduled. Had booked the appointment days in advance, Work Well got me in same day and is cheaper fyi

Awful. I was waiting on tests result’s. They said they would call. Never did. I had to call them and then trying to actually get a hold of them is impossible. And when you do the nurse is always busy. And says they’ll call back when they aren’t busy and never do. Never again. It’s been over a week and still have heard nothing!!!

I will not be going back to this clinic. My son was sick so I was trying to work from home while take care of him. I was 3 minutes late to our appt bc a teams meeting ran longer than expected and they made me reschedule. So I did, for later in the afternoon. Then I got there later and was a few minutes late again because of traffic and had to reschedule again. No grace period at all. Do you know how hard it is to just drop work duties, get all the way across town in lunch traffic, and get my puking kid to the clinic? Really? I didn’t reschedule. That’s ridiculous. She said they only schedule 15 minutes per person. At my count, the first time I went, you still had 12 minutes to see him. If that’s not enough time then maybe you should allow more time for patient care. So done with this clinic.

Presented with extreme shortness of air, weakness, muscle aches. Was told I was anemic (no blood drawn), and was just allergies. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER go there again.

The initial visit went fine. However, they prescribed my child a medication that 7 different pharmacy have on back order. I tried to call them and go up there a couple of times and I can not get ahold of anyone. I’m going to have to take my child to get seen at another urgent care just to get them the medicine that they need so they can get better.

Absolute total waste of time. I gave them copies of my insurance card, even tried emailing it to them. They said they couldn’t copy or receive them so they couldn’t see me. Wouldn’t take the numbers off the card. Said they have to have a copy somehow. I have never gone to a clinic so unprofessional. No wonder it was empty. They can’t do anything!

The receptionist was amazing! Sweet and nice and answered all of my questions.

The nurse or PA was so terrible. She was not a nice lady. I have four questions and she acted like I was trying to argue with my questions. I just want to get well. I was their only patient and I see why!

I’ll be going to an actual doctors office next time and hopefully get to talk to a nice nurse or doctor with a great bedside manner!

I will never be back. Have always went to the little clinic with no issues. After seeing Mary hill( had never seen her before) for my 4 year old who was sick and needed an antibiotic. I clocked in online before we went there was an hour wait. When I went there at the set time that was given to me when I clocked in online, I waited another hour and a half for one person, besides me and my daughter There. When I’m finally seen, Mary was very rude. Kept asking me why I didn’t take her to her pediatrician ( it was 6:30 at night) and that she didn’t see any reason why she needed to be treated. Took my daughter to her pediatrician the next morning and he put her on a 10 day antibiotic. Now, little clinic is trying to bill me for services I didn’t even get. I will NEVER step foot in this office again and I will not recommend to anyone!

I had an appointment scheduled, and drove from out of town to get here. When I arrived, I call the clinic like I was told and wait on hold for 15 minutes. After nobody answered, I finally just went inside and saw the clinic was closed. How can you possibly just close a clinic down, and not even notify your patients that is going to be closed? What a waste of time and energy, and now I have to wait even longer to get a doctor's appointment. Which will most definitely not be at a little clinic. Pathetic service.

Place is a utter joke! When I told them, I did not have health insurance and would be self paying. First thing they said curtly & rudely was telling me a I needed to see a 'primary care physician' . When I asked about a simple Blood Pressure screening & cholesterol lipid screening. Don't waste your time just go to Urgent Care …. your much safer
