I had a similar experience as another reviewer, Mr. Albert. I was scheduled to see the car at 10:30 am, and I get a text that says he scheduled someone else at 10:30 am and they were bringing the money. I had the money too, Ken! I scheduled with you FIRST, Ken.
You should really honor your appointments. It's disrespectful and unprofessional.

They sold the car as I was on my way over to pick it up. I've been communicating with an employee for the last 3 days. I was ready to buy it but the bank was closed on Sunday so I had to wait till Monday. A cashier's check was made but I was asked to change it to another name. Went back for a second cashier's check in the new name when I get a call from the person I have been dealing with that someone else purchase the car. I got off work early and I WAS ON MY WAY! I wasn't even told that a deposit was an option to "secure" the car. Extremely bad customer service.

Took my truck in for electrical work...it crank..
I got it back running but with relays installed in the wrong place..all my cluster warning lights ...stayed on...over charged me...very disappointed with their service....needless to say. I will not be a repeat customer
