We came in about an hour before they closed and mark helped us out. The entire process only took about an hour and we were driving away in something nice. Even though he joked that he didn’t like staying overtime he really took his time and made sure we were happy with our purchase and we understood all the terms of our contract. Not once did we feel like we were being rushed. He made the experience really easy and enjoyable, so glad we chose this place
