First as a member, and now as an employee, I have always loved working out at Stay Fit. It is a really relaxed environment, the members are close, and Bruce and Luke are both awesome trainers. I love asking them questions and always learning helpful new things! Stay Fit is so many people's "home away from home," I believe. So thankful it's out there! ❤

Great place. It is operated as advertised. Very friendly, great equipment and I have a very qualified trainer in Bruce Wayne. Having begun my first exercise regime at 71, Bruce has taken great care to introduce me to all equipment and floor exercises that are helping me attain my goal of strengthening and flexibility and must say, I have already noticed positive changes in only the 2+ months of working out. Better health and endurance here I come! Thanks to Stay Fit 24 Owensboro.

My wife and I love this gym. The staff is wonderful! It is always clean and has everything we need for a good workout. It's a place where anyone will feel comfortable. We would recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I have been members for years. Wonderful staff who always strive to help the members in any way. It's a small gym but has a certain warmth where everyone knows everybody. Keeps things motivating. I do wish they would add a couple things like a stair stepper to boost some different forms of cardio. But this is just a personal desire. Thanks for all you do guys!

I have driven by many times before stopping. I should have stopped years ago. This place has changed my life. I just turned 52 and in the best shape I have ever been. This could not have been possible without the help of Luke. He has kept me motivated and wont quit on me. He and Bruce are very knowledgeable and will help you build muscle, lose weight or just get in better shape . I originally started going to this gym because I drove by on my way to and from work. Although I no longer work or even live close, I still choose to go to StayFit. The gym is small, yet has everything needed for a full workout. Bruce always keeps me on track and helps me reach my fitness goals. He's very knowledgeable, supportive, and willing to create a workout based on his clients' needs.

Knowledgable caring staff deeply interested in helping customers achieve their fitness goals. Facility is very clean and orderly. Ideal place for someone looking for a great place to get in shape. I successfully ran a marathon thanks to their facility and supportive staff.

I have been a member at Stayfit for several years but I have been an active member for the last 5yrs thanks to their personal trainer Bruce Wayne. The facility is well equipped, clean, and very comfortable to workout in. It offers everything I need to keep my health fitness within my top priorities! Bruce makes sure I stay on track and has helped me accomplish every goal that I have set. I would not consider going to any other gym in Owensboro. Stayfit offers it all.

I have had my membership for 2 weeks. The place is now currently closed permanently. But the two weeks I was there, people were very friendly, staff was excellent help, and it was always clean. People respected your space and no one bothered you.

This location is awesome. Always clean and tidy. The manager and the trainers here are all very friendly as well. The price is a plus. It’s cheaper than the other clubs I checked out and no contract.

Stayfit 24 is a hidden gem in Owensboro. Centrally located, great staff and a great atmosphere. They have machines and free weights to choose from. Open 24 hours for your convenience. Check it out.
