The pawn staff is the best in the city and give you fair money for your stuff! The gentleman and the woman that consistently run the pawning department are amazing! They work like a clock and really just get you in and out and it’s appreciated because nobody wants to wait in long lines! The largest and most diverse selection in New Mexico and just fair prices ! This was my first time ever shopping at a pawn shop, and it was a great experience! I have been calling all over town to see if anyone had a good price on any pre-owned Kirby vacuums (I'm not paying $1,500+ for a new one) I called Vally Pawn and it seemed that they didn't have their phone set up to receive calls, so I messaged them on their Facebook page. I got a message back saying that they do have Kirby vacuums, and they even sent me pictures of the ones they had. I went into the store and checked them out and tested the one I liked. It worked great! It just needed a good cleaning, and some routine maintenance. Once I got done cleaning and maintenancing it, I tested it out on my dog fur covered carpet, and it works better than I could have imagined! It got all of the dog fur out of the carpet that my old vacuum was unable to get. I'm so very happy! I am so thankful for all the great people who helped me in the shop today, you all are wonderful!!!

Hands down the pawn shop I have ever been to. They have a fantastic inventory at very reasonable prices. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and good at what they do!! Christina is amazing, and deserves her own special shout out!! Every time my husband and I go to Valley Pawn, Christina goes out of her way to help us, and always ensures we have a positive experience!! I legitimately don’t have anything negative to say about Valley Pawn.

I'm not much of a "pawn shop guy" as most of my experience buying items hasn't been great--until now. I've now bought two guitars from Valley Pawn and couldn't be happier! Great prices, great service and the guys there are super nice and great to work with. I hope to continue to add to my collection of quality instruments at a price I can afford. Thanks Valley Pawn!

First & foremost, this is not the typical pawn shop. These people respect their clients. It's clean. It's organized. There are plenty of staff members to assist you. They are always checking with you. It's like having a personal shopper. You don't get judged by your appearance. I shop there very frequently. I have yet to have a bad experience. I'm always allowed to test products (tools usually), if something isn't quite right, they try to make it as right as possible. Great customer service on the floor and at the counter. Thirsty, hungry? Buy a drink and a snack. Did I mention organized? No mass bins of misc. hand tools to dig through to find that sharp piece of metal at the bottom waiting to go up under your finger nail. I've been in many pawn shops in Denver, none come close to Valley Pawn. Women can find beautiful, high quality jewelry, Rolex for her man... why not. Looking to improve your car audio, sure! How about tools for your employees, available and ready to use!! Yes I recommend them. Thank you

Waited quite sometime before my number to be called but once I got to the customer service desk Troy was Amazing! He had Excellent customer service skills.. He made me feel super comfortable and was very knowledgable and attentive.
I would definitely recommended coming here to pawn/sell your items.

I can't recall ever having a bad experience with any of the workers at Valley Pawn, I have always been greeted very kindly,what else could I say but I love this place, yesterday however I was promptly taken care of and was treated like my time was precious I would like to give a huge THANK YOU TO TROY, You/he was awesome not only did the system shut down for 30 minutes he and the rest of the staff were on top of helping the customer get in and out, I have been to tons of pawn shops from as far back as I could remember, But Valley Pawn is the icing on the cake, with more folks like Troy working for this amazing Pawn Shop believe me all the other Pawn Shops would have to hire some people with not only knowledge on everything in the shop, but his/her personality would have competition with this amazing man Troy. They are always very helpful and also very knowledgeable. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I HIGHLY recommend Valley Pawn for not only borrowing money when there is no other choice but also for their extensive inventory of just about anything you might need from jewelry to tools and firearms. Thanks to Will. He helped us purchase over 3 computers. 2 laptops and a desktop. I waited to write a review to see how long the computers would hold up since they were used. We're from Santa Fe so pawn options are limited but also not so great in prices they give. We always pass by Valley Pawn when we're in town and thought to give it a shot and so happy we did. On both visits we were very pleased! Got top dollar for everything we took in! Angie and Scott we're great! We will definitely be back!

With the largest selection of items at any pawn shop in the state and service that is exceptional I truly enjoy coming in regularly to see all the new items in stock. Best pawn shop in the state, maybe even in the region. I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops from California to Texas and this one is awesome. Best prices, best selection, best customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I’ve been shopping since they were in the small building across the street. I’ve purchased everything from guns, tools, jewelry, computers, etc.... Went in to look at guitars. The guy was amazing. He sat with me and had me try a bunch of different guitars to make sure I really liked my selection. He was really nice and gave me pointers and sat and played with me for around an hour. It was awesome! He really gave me a great deal with my final selection and my friends were shocked how great of a guitar I got for the money. I have also been there for guns and the folks there were awesome! Great place to shop.

I have been so pleased with Valley Pawn! First, when I pawned my ring the young gentleman was very professional and friendly. I feel he gave me an Excellant price for my ring. 2nd Avy made me feel like valuable customer. She was so nice, professional and quick (with a smile) as well as the 2 individual upon entering the store. The place is clean and they have tons of cool stuff. I would recommend this place!

I have been coming here for many years now and have bought lots of things. only once did i get a phone that was messed up. the guy warned us about it so we werent mad at all. i have bought 3 mics from here including amps and pre amps. always works and they always give you room to work with. best pawn shop no doubt. TOO bad they don't have firearms anymore. please get them back valley!!!!!!!!!!!

This pawn shop is amazing!!! They have wonderful customer service! I have brought my family to come visit them from out of town because they always treat me with respect and like a friend. We have purchased jewelry ,cameras , And they have done repairs on my jewelry . In my opinion, this is the only pawn shop for me. They have a wonderful selection!
