Clark Clinic Pediatrics

We love Dr. K! It is sometimes difficult to get a sick appointment, but we use the Hamburg Child First Urgent Care when that happens and they are great too. Sometimes there is a wait in the office. I feel confident that if we are the patients who need the extra time someday Dr. K will not hesitate to give it to us. We are so happy with the care she gives our boys!

I have to say that Dr.Rupp is one of the best doctors.i couldn’t ask for a better doctor for my children.

We love Dr. K and all her staff! We've been seeing her since our boys was newborns. Her office is clean, easy to find and very comfortable. Her staff is friendly, knowledgeable & compassionate. Dr. K herself is one of a kind. She is great with our boys and always takes great pride in providing the best care for them. She is so warm and friendly with them. Highly recommend her for any family needing a pediatrician!

We have Dr. Doyle. She's very knowledgeable and helpful with breastfeeding. She's also incredibly patient, gently cheerful, and has an excellent way of putting children at ease. Ive found her to be more knowledgeable overall in her field than other pediatricians we have used. She's also flexible and able to approach issues with a variety of different methods depending on what suits the child. She is also clearly interested in not merely medicating but also establishing good health in her patients. And Alisha, who womans the phones, is exactly what every mom with sick kids needs. i would 10/10 recommend dr.doyle after many many months of having sezuires and every doctors and hospitals not being able to figure out a medication that works dr.doyle found one in one session and i haven’t had a seizure in over 7 months!!!

If you are needing to get your child in quickly don’t even waste your time calling the pediatricians office. I am currently on the phone with them trying to get my daughter seen and I got two words out and now I’ve been on hold for over 12 minutes until finally the phone hung it’s self up.

I love my daughter’s doctor but I absolutely HATE dealing with the staff in their office. They never answer the phone or when they do they make you wait 20 minutes on hold before answering the phone and 95% of the time they never have any openings anyways.

Unfortunately with my daughter’s insurance I have to come here or I get charged going anywhere else.

This place is awful. Getting a appointment scheduled is always more then 2 weeks. The staff/desk attendants have had us wait on hold to schedule an appointment then started talking to other coworkers about wanting to go to lunch and whatnot then asked who was on the phone and when I told her she was supposed to be scheduling my appointment she hung up. Not only that but they had my 3 year olds heart echo results almost a month and never called with the results but kept telling us they haven't came in. I found this out while getting all my paperwork for our kids and changing their pediatrician. Not organized at all and rude. Highly NOT reccomend for any reason.

Let me tell you about my experience with this office. My son has ADHD and ADD he has been going there for over a year and loved it, however the last 4 months have been a nightmare. I have tried for 4 months to get his 504 plan sent to his school so they can get the extra help he needs. i have called numerous times and the office staff has told me they have sent it over to the school. when i check with the school they never get it. I called one time and they acted like they couldn't find it and then a few seconds later said oh i found it i will send it to the school. well the school never got it. His teacher called and asked if they could send it and they said they had it right there and had to talk to his parents. I never got a call that day. I called the next day and told them i could be by the office at 445 pm to pick it up myself since it never gets faxed. they said they would have it ready. i get there and they said that Dr Doyle hasn't signed it yet. they said they didn't know what happened to the first one so they had to do another one. i did tell them how ridiculous this was and told them to cancel his appt for march that he will be going to another office. I have also tried for over 2 months to get a PA for my sons medicine and have yet to get that either and i have had to pay over 300 dollars a month for it and i have yet to see a denial for it so i am sure that wasn't done either.

Appointment scheduled for 3 and we arrived early to check-in like good patients should. Still waiting to be seen at 4:10. I would have rather received a cancellation or notice that we would be delayed for over an hour than to be left In the dark as to when our son would be seen for an appt we have waited 8 weeks to attend. F in customer service and overall value/respect for the lost time.

Nobody ever answers the phone literally have been on hold every time we call for over a half hour. They need to hire someone else to answer phones because even when we are there you don’t see anyone answering phones ever.
