Christy is the reason this place gets 5 stars! Talk about service. After a crazy week of all sorts of things happening on our vacation, this has been the best service yet! We had some issues with the laundry and she has been a life saver. She also hasn't seemed to mind that I've had to ask her a million questions. She has been working crazy hours too for the past two weeks and yet she still has a smile on her face. I don't know how she does it but I so appreciate it!

The hotel itself is ok. I'd stay again.

Very clean and relaxing place to stay while in the area. Great staff and facilities. Well placed and available for your hotel needs.

We stayed here again during archery Nationals. Close to Convention center. Pool is open, hot tub was being fixed. When there was a power outage, the staff was very apologetic. No need to apologize for something out of their control. Breakfast and front desk staff were awesome both days.

We had a very good stay there. We got the adjoining room suite and it was perfect for travelling with my 2 small children. We swam in the pool twice and ate breakfast both days. The breakfast includes some hot items like biscuits and gravy. The coffee was also good. We liked all the staff members we met.

Staff is incredibly nice don’t get me wrong but the hotel itself is outdated and the WiFi is poo. The staff does a great job at making breakfast though and they are good at keeping the rooms clean unlike other hotels that only clean when you leave. Front desk lady is very friendly

Everyone there was Super nice..we really enjoyed our stay..will come back..Debra ty..and the two people that was checking us in,I hope they enjoyed their sundae 🍨 the custodian lady was very friendly also

This location has definitely made some awesome improvements. The building is clean and nice. The rates are wonderful and the staff is even better. John most importantly made us thoroughly enjoy our stay. He was so polite and thoughtful during our stay. Always had a smile and we will return just because of the great service we received

my stay here last night was great. the lady working desk when I checked in (I believe her name was carly) was amazing. the hotel was completely booked up, i believe I got one of the last rooms available. regardless of being so busy attending to a hotel full of guests she was still so helpful and patient with me as I checked in.

This place is the best. Cissy at the front desk went above and beyond!

I stayed here for one night, I checked in pretty late, so the guy gave me a small discount. The key maker was broken, so he had to let me into my room, I'm sure they have got it fixed, as this was two weeks ago. As far as the rooms go. They were very clean and up to date, I stayed in a single king bed, it had a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, a very large desk and chair for those that need that kind of thing. Clean bathrooms and shower. I thought it was pretty nice and I was happy with my overall experience.

Everything was Perfect! First place I have stayed where I cut my TV off and didn’t hear a sound.. (stayed on 1st floor on parking side)Absolutely spotless! And you could smell the cleanliness in the room when opening the door! This was after we got a refund from a place up the road because it was Horrible! Saddened that this place wasn’t our first choice to begin with! Also the staff was so friendly! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Needed a place to stay while in town for a week. Used Hotwire to get a decent priced "3" star hotel on the cheap. It was a very good stay to say the least. I even extended my stay for two more days. The breakfast was abundant in items, even had fresh biscuits and gravy! The room was extremely tidy at all times, and very spacious. I will stay here again. The staff, everyone I met there was so friendly and inviting too. Loved my stay wholeheartedly.

Great service, and the rooms are fantastic

Hands down one of the BEST hotel/motel I've ever stayed in! Staff was SUPER nice & helpful. The room was immaculate, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. If you check in on a Tuesday, they serve FREE dinner, which was tastey & filling. The breakfast was so good too! If you're in the area, this is the place to stay!

A relief! Good hotel for price! After having to stay in box spring hotels with flat pillows all week, this place was much relief!
Good comfy beds and pillows, for same price range as the box springs.
If I'm in this area again, I will try like hell to stay HERE!
I stay in a lot of hotels for work-Lots of them, and it's amazing how nice the room was for the price. Its one of those gems you find once every couple months.

UPDATE: made it here again the next night, different room. This single king bed is not as comfy as the 2 queen bed room last night, but still good enough and still not as bad as a box spring. Still good pillows. Some people said theres not a bathroom door- they are hidden slider doors. Hotel still good, quiet, safe place.

Stayed three nights. Loved staying there and centrally located to all that Owensboro has to offer. That front desk staff were so sweet and really seem to bond with guests. Really all the staff were very nice to us. Next time we go to visit our son and his family we will stay here again. Our grandkids loved playing in the pool.

Clean,and quiet rooms. Excellent water pressure. Large walk-in shower. Wide selection of channels. Coffee in the lobby all hours. Reasonable price vending machines. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bedswith plenty of pillows. Soft sheets, and plenty of towels.

Our football team stayed here for a tournament. The building is a bit dated, so everything that comes with that was to be expected. However, Sonny was great in accommodating everyone's needs. Although the indoor pool wasn't working, we were there for football, not swimming. Comfy beds, clean sheets, clean rooms, nice new TV's, breakfast was great...most of all Sonny was the best host! returning this weekend for more football and Sleep Inn!!

Very nice place for the money. It worked for us just fine. I would stay here again.
