Great experience! This is one of the best dentist I’ve been to. Very gentle, kind & patient. Answered all my questions. Talked to me about my treatment plan, explained all options. No surprise/hidden costs, let me know how much each visit would be etc. I get a little nervous about visiting dentist but they made it great! I’m excited 2 get my smile back, trust them & recommend them 2 others. Dentist & staff have wonderful bedside manner. I cannot say anything bad! Thanks Bluegrass Dental!

The cleaning was fun and I wasn’t nervous at all! They didn’t hurt my gums whatsoever. Very thorough with the cleanings and checkups too. Love the dentist there, and I got free dental products! I recommend this dental office wholeheartedly! Edit: Did some work on three teeth last week and today and they did an amazing job! They all were very kind to me and let me know every action they were doing so I wasn’t scared or confused. Recommend them ten fold!

I am petrified of going to the dentist. I cry just going in for a cleaning. This was my second visit at this clinic and needed a filling fixed that broke out. All of the staff there are super sweet. Not once was I judged on the fear I have. The dentist was super gentle, took his time and made me feel like he truly cares and takes pride in his work, and he should. I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming to Bluegrass Dental for years and will be for all future visits. The atmosphere is like being at home and comfortable. Dr. Craig and his staff are great!

Finally after 16 years in Kentucky I have found a dentist I trust and one that does amazing work. He is very gentle and has such a warm personality, the staff are all great too! No more anxiety over going to the dentist.

Today my 16 year old daughter woke up with a MAJOR tooth ache that went up into her ear. I called many places that weren’t able to help us. Then I called Bluegrass Dental after a friend recommended them. They got us scheduled into a cancellation spot the same day. My daughters tooth had broken of and ended up needing to be pulled. They handled her with the utmost care and she did very well. I’m so happy they were able to get her in and taken care of. If I could rate higher, I would. Thank you to the dentist and staff that cared for us today! We appreciate you!

Dr. John Masters is a wonderful dentist! Everyone I have had there has been so nice and puts me at ease whenever I have had work done on my teeth. Really a great dentistry service -kind and down to earth, my kind of people!

Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable, proficient, and caring. He does an excellent job, and his staff members are also the best. I always leave with a smile on my face.

The quality of the care and the staff are top notch. They give the impression in every way that they truly care. Dr Masters is always ready to listen and address concerns, and his staff are personable and a true pleasure to converse with.
I drive almost 100 miles for my dental care there; that’s how good they are.

I went for a second opinion and now I’ll be going back for all my dental needs. Dr. Masters made me feel comfortable and understood my issues. His staff is friendly and welcoming.

Every time I have a dentist appointment, I enjoy the time there with all the friendly and professional people. But best of all is and the quality of work that is always put in on every visit from Dr. Craig or his staff.

I gave them 5 stars, because they have very up to date facilities that are highly cleaned and organized; they have also surpassed my expectations in being very knowledgeable, kind, and professionally staffed in the highest degree. I have found this out from getting everything from cleanings, crowns, and fillings done. I very much recommend giving them a try for all your dental needs! 😃

Excellent customer service in the front office, including scheduling and treatment plans that consider your insurance coverage limits. The team that provides dental care are skilled and knowledgeable and take the time to listen and provide the best treatment options. Overall, the staff is friendly, courteous, understanding and professional.
