The store is well stocked and organized. The employees have always been the plus factor to shop at lowes in Owensboro. Always friendly and ready to help in any way, whether it's locating an item or answering questions to help with the correct purchase for my projects.

The flooring department was extremely helpful! The only had a small amount of the carpet tiles I needed in stock, but they were able to coordinate with employees from the Henderson and Evansville store getting me the rest of what I needed brought to the Owensboro store. Saved me so much time! Thank you!

The employees were very kind in helping me determine whether not this faucet would fit my sink configuration. Here’s to hoping my first attempt at changing a faucet goes smoothly!

I have always had a good experience in Lowes. The workers are helpful, they always greet me and my standard poodle with a smile and I have always been able to ask how to questions and get answers or suggestions.

Love this Lowe's in Owensboro a lot better then the other Lowe's store. There always someone around if you need help or some asking you if you want help.

We love Lowe's. We pick up a ton of stuff from here, and we have completed a few online orders.
We are happy with the quantity and quality of products, but we wish that shipping was free if we spend a bunch of money.
A separate store was selling a chicken coop for a few thousand bucks, but we got the supplies from Lowes and built the coop ourselves, we spent only a small fraction compared to buying the coop from thr other place.

They had everything I needed employees are very nice.

Owensboro Lowe’s has most everything needed for home projects. The store has incredible values and selections of home appliances. Plant lovers and gardeners can find great values in the lawn and garden area. The store is well organized and has friendly employees to assist as needed.

I love this store especially their clearance area in the back LOL. We use this store a lot for our business and the pros area of the store have wonderful people who are extremely helpful and if they don't know the answer they are quick to ask someone else or to look it up for us. We are so thankful for the pros canopy outside, where they supply free air water and you can wash your windshield. Thank you Lowe's for great experiences every time

Employees are much different at Home Depot you asked him where something is at they tell you where it's at and point you in the right direction even if they're not busy they can at least walk with you and ask you if you need anything else with the project you are working on I need it glue for floor trimming that I needed she told me what I was on and that was it I didn't know that there was different kinds of glues for carpet interior exterior she failed to ask me what kind of glue I needed so it was like I had to find it on my own I didn't spend on being there an hour when I really should have been gone in 15 minutes then I found the trim and I need it except Lowe's does not have a saw or equipment to cut it the measurements I needed I think I will go to Home Depot from now on from my customer service and shopping

I was looking for a specific drill/driver set, which they had in stock. Lucky for me the (expired) sale sign was still up, so I got it at a really good price too. Recently did a warranty exchange on a ratchet, I was pleased with the transaction.

I love the people at this store! They have gone above and beyond in customer service for me on more than one occasion. Joe, the manager of the lumber section, has been so supportive in helping with the projects I take on for my classroom. There are so many people in the lumber department that have been extremely helpful to me, I wish I could name them all! One thing that really stands out about the employees at this Lowe’s is that they talk to me just like they would talk to any man who walks in the store. They respect my intelligence even though I don’t look like someone who would be into home improvement and building things, and I appreciate that so much!
