I've been a customer with this insurance company for 30 years thru lots of changes in locations and life changes. Ive never went in with a question or called without the upmost respect and an answer almost always right at the moment I asked if not they would find out while I was on hold for a short time or they always would get right back with me .

I moved here from SC. I wanted to stay with State Farm insurance. I called around but I like the office staff better than any other State Farm. So I choose Bill Anderson to be my insurance agent.

They are Very Professional Insurance Agents. Very Polite and Mr Anderson has Been a State Farm Agent for Many Years. Trish Rules as Well.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES!!
Kelsey Gaskell set up my insurance cut my payment in half and i was very happy, I cancelled my policy with Geico and switched to their office with state farm. My payment was $79 vs the $145 through Geico. HOWEVER apparently she entered in my information wrong and a "YOUTHFUL DRIVING FEE" was added to my payment taking it from $79 to $160. Basically acted as if it was not their fault THEIR employee provided me with false information. Kelsey no longer works for them and when trying to get this situation resolved they told me there was nothing I could do about it. They're lying thieves and I will NEVER have an insurance policy with State Farm due to this situation. Don't get a contract through them they'll raise your payment x2 and tell you its your fault. I have no accidents, speeding tickets or anything on my record what they did is wrong, THEY provided false information and has made me come out money that I thought I was saving by switching to them. PROTECT YOUR POCKETS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.
