Macy's - Final Clearance Sale

For sure my store I choose. The girls at Macy’s have always taken care of me. I buy a lot , so I’m there often. I do miss Rachael She was a lovely person that always had a coupon up her sleeve-literally. Thanks everyone for making my time at Macy’s a fun time 🙃

Love this store! Lots of name brands, trendy, plus they sell women's plus & curvy clothing.
Customer service is great with prompt service with a smile! If they don't have something out on display they will gladly go to the stock room and try to find what you are looking for. They are always helpful when you are trying make selections to match your personal taste and style! Friendly atmosphere, well organized store, and dressing rooms are roomy, restrooms are neat and clean! I hope they never leave Owensboro!

Macy's is my go to store for myself, teenagers and spouse. The customer service that Olga in the shoe department provides is top notch. Olga goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the shoes that I want even if they need to be ordered. She up sales with store promotions that benefit me as a customer without feeling to pushy. Wonderful people person, she would make an amazing employee trainer in my opinion. Store is clean, fully stocked and the staff is attentive. At times, the staffing levels are low and hard to locate an employee for assistance.

I was Mothers day shopping and everything looked nice and was easy to find. Lots of pretty things to choose from, and they had size two for my mom. The associates were very helpful.

I wanted to give some credit to Olsa and Carrie at this Macy's. These ladies offered outstanding customer service to myself and my boyfriend when we came into the store in search of dress clothes and shoes. Their exceptional demeanor and care has stuck with me weeks after our visit to this store. You can tell that these ladies genuinely care about their jobs, and about you as a customer and as a person. I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience at a Macy's store, and can say I will now be a life-long customer thanks to Olsa and Carrie.

Jackie (sp?) is a master of finding clothing for your body. Armed with a measuring tape and years of experience, she quickly found me shirts. I have a large neck and a large chest, so I have a heckuva time finding shirts. Friendly staff elsewhere in the store made 5 stars a slam dunk.

Excellent customer service. Walked right in as they were closing. I knew what I wanted. They offered discounts with sign up of a card and was patient while I answered the questions. They never acted annoyed.

I love this store! I usually shop on line and find deals all the time. Nice quality clothes, for decent prices.

Was helped by Ms.Jordan in ladies and lingerie depts. She was patient and very helpful. She knew her products and offered some good suggestions. Look forward for her to help me again. Thany you very much.

Love Macy's although I just went to browse. Prices are high but you can find some super great deals on the clearance rack.

The Towne Square store is always so bright and orderly and the Associates friendly and helpful. Heartbroken our local Macys is closing. 😦

Sales clerk was able to find the dress I wanted at another store and have it shipped from another store.

Ok sale - none of my coupons would work. Be sure to read the fine print when shopping and planning to use a coupon.

The clerk was awesome! I was returning some clothing that there was some confusion about. She handled it wonderfully!

I was able to find everything fat and it was a good price in the workers were very polite.

I went in to pick up some makeup. I decided to get a makeover and learned some new tricks! Great job!!
