I called Labor Day to check the hours, Nikki was very pleasant when she answered. We came into the store and were politely greeted. A young man tried locating a shoe for me but said there was a stock issue or it was on hold for another customer. I continued to look around and then asked a different sales associate for help. She also checked stock for the same shoe and then offered a few others. I wanted the hands free slip in in Navy in a wide. It was not available and I really liked the way the Black one felt on my foot. Nikki was not to be swayed . She kept looking and then offered me a Men's 9.5 in Navy in wide and I walked out with a BOGO set of shoes!! Thanks for the tenacity Nikki! Great customer service from all involved and from Nikki! I love my Sketchers!

This is my new go-to spot for work shoes. The past few months, my feet were not very happy with my old work shoes. I find that in most shops, only narrow shoes are available, but Skechers has just what I was looking for.

When I was at the Skechers Warehouse Outlet I had a Great experience and the woman at the cash register was SUPER nice and polite so was the gentleman out on the floor helping people. Found the shoes I was looking for and was very pleased with them.

Lots of shoes on display. I was looking for specific sandals I wanted to replace, which weren't at the store, but are online. I found 3 other pairs of shoes I ended up buying, just under $100. I'm still happy, even though I may still buy the sandals online. Friendly customer service reps, clean store, lots of inventory.

Love shopping for Sketchers shoes for my 8 year old daughter. I always order 2 pairs at same time. She plays hard and the shoes hold up very well. I will continue being a customer until she gets older

The staff is always amazing and so nice. The store is always do clean no matter what time of day I go. They also have a rewards program now. Also you can get a pair and then 60% off the second pair going on right now for the holidays.

Excellent customer service. The cashier was very helpful and help me find just what I was looking for. He also offered me a coupon and gave me some to take back to work.

They have a super large selection of styles, a little pricey, but some good bargains too. These shoes are so lightweight and comfortable, and pretty.

Great store, nice selection, can pick up an order here or shop.If you shop alot with them sign up online for savings.
