I bring my cat van here to be worked on. I have gone to numerous shops in NKY/Southern Ohio region with all of them advising after dropping it off that they can't work on it. I have a heavy duty suspension so I'm guessing that they see this and then decide they can't work on it? This place has had absolutely NO hesitation with working on her. Even going so far as to being surprised that no one else other than another local truck shop will work on her. I've had my break booster, EGR valve, fuel pump, and numerous other things replaced with them not having any issues. I do have to do a bit of driving to get here, but it's honestly worth it. My cat van is an '03, with over 200k miles but I really want her to last until the engine goes. Eric is awesome. I can't thank any of the mechanics that work here enough for all the help they provide for my girl.

Took my 1998 cobra to their shop for clutch and flywheel repair, rear main seal, trans seal, fuel pump, and oil pan gasket. Great pricing, great work, honest people, quick communication. I will recommend this shop to family and friends. Thank you !!

Colin and his team worked on my Jeep- I needed a lot of work to get it back on the road- they were willing to work with my Allstate Extended Warranty (a lot of shops were not) and made a super stressful time better- I had it at another shop and was quoted $900 OVER what my warranty covered. CACC did more work than the previous shop quoted and I only paid my deductible. I feel a lot of shops price gauge but not here! I will be a returning customer if need be.

Very nice guys. Eric is great as well as the owner and his kids that work there. Family owned yet they remain extremely professional. They will go out of their way to work with you and make you happy. They honestly made me love my car again and I just wanted to get rid of it lol! Honest and trustworthy. Family has been going to them for years as well as I for a few now.

I went to Complete Auto Care based upon the positive reviews as my car was malfunctioning while on vacation. Collin was the service tech and he was excellent. They provided a diagnosis and it was news that no one ever wants to hear, we needed a new engine or complete rebuild due to a transmission problem (trans jump, I believe).

Being 3 1/2 hours from home made things especially difficult. Collin patently and professionally explained all the alternatives to us. He also listened emphatically as we asked questions and bounced ideas off him.

We were puling a trailer and they let us store it on their property and were very helpful when we needed to retrieve it after hours.

While we opted to call the car a total loss I was extremely happy with them and would happily return for service. They are a top-shelf organization, they type of people I'm not only happy but that I want to support with my hard-earned dollars.

Went in for a simple oil change, Work was done professionally and quickly. it was so well, that i wanted to get my right rear light repaired. Oddly enough my muffler was making odd sounds, like any person with no mechanic "know how" i blamed them. After they repair my tail light (which was the best price around) they took the time to check out my issue and even took the time to show me, explain to me what happened, showed me where it happened and told me that it just happens and its standard car maintenance. I will remain a customer and i highly, HIGHLY, recommend this repair shop. The prices are more than fair, the service is great, and the people are friendly.

Best place to get your car or truck fixed in northern Kentucky

This is the ONLY place to go in the area. We were on a very long road trip on way to VA. Up Hwy 71 we experienced something with our car we hadn’t before. We didn’t feel safe and found this place online. Will, the mechanic, and the whole team took care of us and handled it quickly. We’re safely back on the road thanks to the team at Complete Auto Care. Have been using Complete since they opened. They always give expert service and will never try to over sell you on any issues. Great part is, if they see something that may need attention down the road they will tell you and not go ahead and fix it and run up your bill. We have experienced this several times and last year they brought up one of these issues and we mentioned we were going on about a 3,000 mile trip. They advised we should have it fixed then since the high expressway travel and mileage could progress the issue but they never pushed this on us the decision was ours. Luckily we had it fixed before the trip. Lifted that layer of stress.

This place is amazing. Multiple staff stayed late after closing to fit us in and replace an alternator for us during our Christmas travels. Professional, quick, and kind. Thanks to each of you who made our visit such a blessing.

I was having the worst day today and to top it all off had a staple in my tire causing the air to continuously leak out. I went up to tire discounters (only because that’s where I bought the tires) to get it fixed and waited ten minutes in the lobby and no one came in to help me or the guy in front of me. I left and called Complete. They said bring it on in! They got me in right away and only took 15 minutes to fix it!! Then when I went to pay it was only 10 bucks and he said don’t worry we’ll settle up next time! I’ve been taking my car there for oil changes etc for the past three years and this is why!!! You guys are amazing and have no idea how much I appreciate you!! Thank you for brightening my day today! 😊♥

Had to have my vehicle towed here in hopes of finding out what was wrong with it. I did find out the problem and these guys were quick and on top of their game. I live an hour away from them but I will make the trip should I ever need a mechanic again. Customer service is great.

Complete Auto was very quick to help with my oil change service and they added antifreeze since my vehicle was almost out of it. They made me feel comfortable during my wait and like I was an important customer.
