Baymont by Wyndham Winchester

We needed a place to get some sleep on our trip home from Kansas to Pennsylvania. We stopped here at 10:00 PM. The lady at the front desk was efficient and got us into a room fast. The room was super clean. Cleaner than any other rooms we’ve stayed in anywhere else before.

This is a business to business review. We did not stay in a room, but we did do some contracting work at the Inn. We found the Baymont staff to be courteous and professional. We had a smooth business transaction with them and were happy to help them. Hope to work together in the future. Nice Staff.

Inexpensive night stay, play rooms on the second floor do require steps. The pool was beautiful, breakfast I'm not sure about storing egg products at room temperature. And the orange juice had a really bitter flavor and the color was off like Tang. But as The story goes you get what you pay for, we needed a room and it was worth that.

Theresa at the front desk gave us an early check in during the winter storm passing through (3/15), there was an extra charge but, cheaper than insurance deductible. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and hot shower. Bath necessities were also provided. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.

For the money, the room was great, and the bed was the most comfortable we've encountered in last twenty or thirty motel stays. Though we only stayed one night, we would have been comfortable here if it were a week long visit.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean large room, extremely comfortable bed, relatively large mini refrigerator, and a great price. Paint, light blocking window covering, ac, and all the furnishings were in very good condition. It met our needs perfectly. Pool is closed due to Covid and breakfast is water bottle, apple and a granola bar in a bag. TV is a bit on the small side and the decor is fine, but not beautiful. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is very nice and clean and smells great. The rooms are big and spacious. We had to stop because of the rain and how late it was the front desk worker Kim was super nice and friendly she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome I will definitely stay here when traveling to Lexington!!!

We were staying at another place but were lied to. Mike at the Baymont came to our rescue. This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly!! Mike even took the time out to show my son ( his dream car). Which is Mikes personal car. Definitely will stay here next time we are in town!!😀. Very pleased!!!

The manager and the workers are excellent!
Our room was clean and everything was great for the price! Only down side is that it doesn’t have an elevator, but the staffs attitude towards us made up for it!

Staff was friendly, room was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Mike the General Manager was awesome with checking in. Suggested several places to eat locally. In town for a Memorial Run and was gracious enough to assist with late check out.

Friendly owner/Manager and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Multiple night stay /2 rooms. No complaints!! Highly recommend this Baymont . We will definitely be staying here next time in Winchester.

Super late check in and front desk staff was very polite and quick to get my family to our room. We booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. The room was very clean and beds were firm which I happen to like so it was a great welcome as we had drove from Orlando straight to this hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Kim was especially accommodating. Initially spoke with Daniel on the phone and he was informative, precise, and accommodating. Kim helped check me into a clean room with a helpful demeanor and continued to answer questions as we had them through our stay.

We decided to leave for our honeymoon early and we’re having trouble finding vacancy. After midnight we called and the owner was phenomenal. when he found out it was our honeymoon he upgraded us to a king suite for free! The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean! We couldn’t have asked for a better soon place to stay

Everything was so clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. I had forgotten my purse, called back and the nice girl at the desk had went and got it and it was in a cabinet up front.. I thanked her and was so appreciative of her help! I will use this motel when I’m down that way, and pass the word along to others. Get job!!

We only needed a place to sleep and this place provided everything we needed plus a indoor poor for my son.
And the lady that was at the desk that check us in that night was super. Her name was Cayla and she is the kind of person you like to deal with when checking in to a hotel.She goes out of her way to help in which most places don’t do that.

By far, this Baymont is one of the nicest and friendliest Baymonts I have every stayed in. The hotel has been recently remodeled, leaving the rooms clean and very spacious. You can tell immediately that the owners and staff care about their business, and the comfort of their guest. I have personally witnessed the staff going out of their way to please their guest, even though anyone who might have witnessed this incident could clearly tell that these certain guest were clearly trying to lower their own travel expense on the claims from other people's disgruntled post. As I stood their watching this interaction take place it really hit me as to how these post can affect other people's livelihood. In saying that I also feel the need to say that I clearly see, and use the opportunity to post about the mistreatment of consumers. However, I think it is important for all of us who do so, or all of those who just read them, to always keep an open mind and use our best judgment from what we write or take from in these post.

Great place to have a small birthday party. They have an indoor pool...all three granddaughters loved it. The staff is super nice. The rooms are very clean. Good time.
