Great continental breakfast multiple flavors of waffles Yum the lady who was in charge of it was spectacular service checking in and out the rooms. Just you know pretty standard good TV could use an upgrade but with how close it is to interstate, you really can’t beat it for the price.

Im in the area a lot and this will probably be my go to hotel.
As soon as I walked in the whole place smelled very clean... we had 3 rooms my husband checked everyone in before the rest of us got there. He said lady at the front desk was very nice.
When I got there it was later different front desk person very helpful and nice. The rooms were all clean comfortable beds.

Then this morning two other front desk people all very nice... very pleased.

Room was clean and welcoming. The pool was a decent size but nothing special and no hot tub. The free breakfast offered in the morning was pretty good and had plenty of different options for us to choose from.

I wish I could give them 6 stars only because of the super awesome and helpful staff here. Our family was on a road trip and my son got sick in the car and vomited all over his blanket and neck pillow shortly before arriving here at 1230am. When I told the front desk staff member about what happened and asked about their laundering services, he informed me house keeping staff members were not there that late and laundering services would not start until 10am when house keeping staff arrived to work.

Since our items would not get done until after we needed to leave the next morning, having the hotel wash them for us was not possible. With it being so late nothing was open and I thought we were out of options but thanks to the hotel staff here they made it possible. The front desk staff member offered me laundry detergent from their laundry room so I would have the option to hand wash the items myself if I wanted.

On top of that house keeping staff came to our room in the morning to get them into their dryer right away so they would be dry before we needed to leave... I can not express the appreciation we have for them going way above and beyond to help us out and making sure literally all of our needs were met while we were their guest.

Rooms were really clean. I forgot to inform the night auditor that I was a member. Would have been nice if she asked... 💯 Needs better breakfast

Very enjoyable stay. Mr. Patel and his crew very gracious and run a nice facility. I don't normally give 5 stars to hotels, usually something is not right. However, our place was clean, staff was polite, Mr. Patel was very helpful, and the staff went out of their way to assist us in recovering a lost item. These are good people.

Great price for what it offers. 3rd floor hallway did smell like smoke but the room didn't and was clean. The thick curtains don't close which we thought was kind of odd. We only stayed about 5 hours passing through town but if we find our selfs here again we would stay here. The staff attire could use some help but the service was great as well as the breakfast. Over all, everything was possitive!

At last moments notice we were able to still get a room with a coupon listed on the internet with the help of the gentleman that ran the front desk. It was a beautiful room with all the accommodations we was looking for microwave, refrigerator, big screen TV, two queen size beds, spacious closest and seating room with a heated pool. The morning breakfast was amazing with gravy and biscuit, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, variety of cearl, yogurts, and fruits. It was very family friendly as well as a very upclass feel.

So this is basically the best deal for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, our breakfast was good, with a few hot options. Everything was easy and professional, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely our stop next time we are in the area.

My father and Uncle have been staying here while my grandmother is in the hospital in Lexington. From start to finish the staff have been extremely nice and accommodating. There was a bit of confusion on my part as I was intending to pay for the hotel stay, and as soon as I spoke with Ms. Tracy at the desk, everything was handled swiftly and courteously. My family cannot thank you enough for the kindness and caring your staff has shown in our time of need. Thank YOU!!!!

My daughter got sick while we were traveling. Megan was the front desk clerk on duty. She was amazing! My daughter explained her disabilities and that she was sick. Megan got us a room so my daughter could rest for the night. When I arrived to the room the smoke detector was beeping (low battery). I let Megan know and she called her manager. Megan then came to to the room to let me know the manager said we could change rooms. I said that wouldn't be possible because of my daughter's illness. She later told me that her manager was taking $20 off the price of the room. I told Megan to tell her manager thank you but it wasn't necessary. Throughout the night everytime Megan saw me she asked how my daughter was. All while Megan had a packed house and 2 birthday parties going on. Megan ran this hotel like a manager, very professional and caring! Comfort Inn should hang on to Megan shes a keeper! Thank you Megan!!

Great place at a great price. Breakfast was more than adequate with cream cheese and pastries and grits and eggs.
I am grateful that there was staff to let me in past midnight on thanksgiving night after a 6 hour drive. They were nice about it too.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Very relaxing place to stay and the gas station was right next door so very convenient to get gas and get back on the road.

We came for a weekend hiking trip and had an amazing time. We arrived after midnight without a reservation and the staff was so helpful and polite. We slept very well on great beds in a very clean room. We travel alot and wish all of our experiences were like this one.

Stayed Christmas evening at Winchester, KY location. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Water was nice and warm. King size bed was very comfortable. Pillows were awesome. Will definitely stay again.

Best hotel in Winchester! Even when your bookies get you kicked out for being loud and smoking. Mr. Patel is an awesome guy. Just be sure to keep respectful, book your room only, and DON'T SMOKE INSIDE! Would not want to stay anywhere else in town.

I went to open my room door and the door wouldn’t open. They said that a lot of the doors were installed incorrectly (backwards) and that you needed to open them a “specific” way. Seems odd that you wouldn’t fix the problem or let customers know this issue at time of check in. Dated hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk lady on 2nd shift is great, give her a raise! I’ll definitely be back. Clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Overall clean, and tidy.... only problem was with the shower... super slippery and only 2 towels and wash clothes but staff was helpful and the breakfast was yummy!

Very comfortable. Extra pillows, great shower, great breakfast, quiet. I got the room at a discount at the desk. Rewards program is very good.

Great hotel for the value. I was in Winchester for a conference and the hosts suggested it. It was centrally located near interstate. Updated interior and well kept. Well beyond my expectations for the value.
