The workers at planet Fitness are very very nice people and they treat you with the utmost respect. The massage chair and the water massage chair are just the best thing ever. The workout machines are easy to use. The app that they have for Planet Fitness is very helpful so come out and try Planet Fitness and get fit.

Planet Fitness is one of the best fitness centers I recommend that everyone join. A variety of exercise equipment. Very nice friendly helpful staff. You have many things to do and choose from.

Awesome place to work out. They have so many different Troyes of equipment to work out with as well as hydro massage, the total body enchantment machine, tanning beds. So much to offer and at a great price.

I love this gym. This gym stands out as the best in Owensboro in my opinion. As soon as you walk in you can smell that the gym is cleaned and maintained. I was given a walk through from their trainer, he was extremely helpful in showing me where everything was and how I can set my membership up.

My first time inside a PF. Signed up my teems for the free summer program. Corey helped us get the app and got my guys enrolled. We walked around and checked out the equipment and it all looked good. Nice place.

I have had a wonderful experience with Planet Fitness. Get the Black Card Membership. It's worth it. Very clean facility in Owensboro with friendly staff. Never too crowded.

Always super clean and the staff is very friendly. Great tanning beds stand up or lay down. A wide variety of work out equipment for any age or physical condition. Hydro beds for a super relaxing experience. Love it all.

Just recently started going back and really like this particular PF. The layout is peculiar to me as we lived out of state and attended another branch. However, the locker rooms and the showers are great. Peak hours get a bit busy, so be warned! There's always somebody knocking PF.... but for the price point and benefits of the black card, you really can't beat it if you shower daily and tan weekly. There's plenty enough machines and free weights to get the job done if you're actually there to get the job done 💯

They're all the same, but this one never really gets packed, and the staff are as good as they come.

Always clean, staff is mostly always friendly, and its convenient. Only had one issue with them and when I reached out, it was taken care of immediately.

So "most" planet fitnesses are basically the same so I only rate them based on the 3 factors that I care about the most and find varies the most...so....#1 hours of operation = perfect, this one is open 24/7. #2 showers = great! Good water pressure, doesn't get cold then hot then cold etc, and there's plenty of space for you and your supplies. There's 3 showers and only 2 changing stalls but I've never had to wait for either. # 3 staff = good. Polite and not pushy or judging. Often I just go in for just the showers and noone's given me trouble for it.

This was my first ever gym, and I've been more than pleased with it. Plenty of equipment, so I rarely have to wait for someone to finish on something to use it.

The trainer here, Corey, is amazing and super helpful. He drew up a workout routine for me and is always more than willing to answer questions and help out.

The staff is always very friendly, and all the extras you get when you sign up for the black card membership are totally worth it!!!

Great location with plenty of space for everyone.

Machines had TVs on each unit as well as the wall. Clean facility and friendly staff. Staff answered my questions about tanning beds and eye protection. Bathrooms were clean with showers having options for overhead waterfall or normal shower. Lacking slightly in water pressure, but nothing worth complaining about. Hydro beds were the zero gravity design and very classy .

I went in yesterday,,been black card member for years,,was going to tanning bed but forgot my eye wear which is rare. She said I had to purchase little stickers for eye protection I said fine , pulled out a dollar she said we don't take cash,,,instead of letting me have them or bring in a charge card the next day No she said I couldn't use it. I go back today had my eye wear , she said I couldnt go back because it hadn't been 24 hrs since my last visit. Let's just say I was not happy and told her she turned me away yesterday and that I hadn't used the tanning bed, and yes it was the same girl. What is going on in this world people are so rude it's pathetic

As far as planet fitness gyms go, this one sets the precedent for what all planet fitness gyms should be modeled after. I’m not local to Owensboro but after a friend and I decided to check out this location we were amazed by the cardio station, how well things were placed in the gym, and how up to date it was with the equipment.
