Had out of state transfer from FL to KY and was taken care of by Maggie! She was super sweet and kind throughout the entire process! Inspection was quick, walked out with plate and sticker in hand. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!!

We were in earlier today and all I can say is what a nice staff!!! The ladies at the counter were so sweet and friendly. The gentleman that helped us with our passport was fantastic! Kudos to this office!!!!

I had about 7 people ahead of me but was only there about 15 minutes. My experience was pleasant. I had to do an address change only, to do so you must take a piece of mail with your name and address on it.

They've always been extremely helpful when I had dealings.

Well to be honest, is never a good day when an individual has to go to court now if there.

Most places that value their customers have some type of answering service to take calls when the phones are busy. They usually give options of waiting or offering a callback. Have you explored that option to better serve the citizens of Davis County?

I had to stand outside for 3 hours just for them to tell me they canceled it and it was on another day but I would have to call to find out when

I needed to find a number to call, or the front desk, to check on the status of a building permit I had requested last week. Never could get a number or talk to someone.

Nobody knows how to answer a phone

Pick up the phone. Been attempting to pay a ticket for the last week since the online portion doesn't work

Never answer the phone. Rude when you go to window as it's a problem your at the window because they might have to actually work.
