OHRH Walking Trail Outdoor Gym #2

Very relaxing, cool little walking path here. It's a fraction over a mile in distance. I was curious about the 'outdoor' gym and was not disappointed. There are a few workout stations along the path in different areas (see Mt pics). I haven't trained in forever, so as I walked my dog, I got a few reps in the process. It's all body weight exercise stations. The 'how' to do each exercise is posted in its specific spot. I really enjoyed it. I discovered a small parking lot on the trail at one end near the playground, but like me, I am sure patrons can park in the main lot and just cross the street. I saw some other citizens walking their animals as well. I went to one of the other 'trails' (there are 3) to take a look. It was significantly a shorter distance. I'll definitely come back to this spot again to walk my dog and get some reps in. Well done to whomever designed it.

Exercises located here are pull up bars, push downs, and a balance wobble. There is also an elliptical machine.
