Josh was fantastic! When you go to a new place the first face you see is the face of the business and I was impressed!!!!!!! Service times ten!!!!! Car looks great. And I was a bit complicated. Josh helped me, and he was super informative. It was my first visit and he went through everything. Can’t wait to share my new car wash place. He even explained about the bottles and towels provided to help me clean my car.

I had a great visit. I spoke with 2 of the employees and they were both funny and helpful. I was having trouble getting my 3rd row seat up in my minivan and DJ came out to the vacuums to help me. I now have a clean minivan and a new car wash place.

I had the BEST customer service experience today with Jamie. She went above and beyond by offering to help the brake dust that were staining my back two tires. She went out of her way to help me without me asking! I appreciate her and I bought a membership and will continue to recommend this business because of her!

Josh is the only reason why I’m still a member. He just makes me feel like I’m a valuable member. Tara does an amazing job. every time I’m here she makes me feel like it’s going to be a good day.

Car wash does a good job and love the free vacuums. Wish we’d got her name, but we left keys on our bumper and she found them on the ground and brought them to us as we came out of the car wash. Excellent customer service and such a kind-hearted thing to do!

Josh was a great salesman with a great personality! He definitely sold the membership deal they have right now, explained it effectively and quick. Not only is it a great deal but I probably would have bought it even if it wasn’t lol.

I will say I have been coming here for a few months and I know this place got some heat when first coming here but the turn around that Josh and company has been doing has made me a lifetime customer and Josh was the most pleasant,professional,respectful and all together a upstanding employee and I would love to have him working for my company!! Just wanted to give Josh a huge thank you for helping me today 6-10-2023 . I have a monthly membership from Indiana and not knowing this car wash uses stickers not by license plate he was a huge help at getting it straight for me. He has the best customer service (which is hard to find these days) so friendly and a huge smile 😀. Will definitely be back!

Lucas was very on top of things. He assisted me quickly with my needs. This location was extremely clean, unlike what I’m used to in Lexington KY were the employees have no sense of customer service.
