My car got totaled thanks to a lady flying out of a parking lot into traffic and slamming me. Needed something quick in our price range that would be dependable for me for work. So glad that we stopped here! Found a nice Toyota here that we knew would be dependable after test driving. They were so nice and helpful with us. Made our stressful situation turn into a blessing. I was impressed by how helpful staff was in helping me get in a ride and fast. Left driving my new vehicle same day! The staff made it easy to understand the process and experience was a blessing. Staff asked all the questions about what I needed for my situation and life, it wasn't all about the money or a sale. Very attentive and saved me from the hassle of looking for a great vehicle. About a month ago I recently just purchased a vehicle, and out of all the dealerships. In Northern Kentucky. This was the only dealership that I felt like they were real, and true to what they were saying and that they would help you out by any means necessary.. as of today I do not have no issues or problems with my SUV that I purchased from them. I really do believe that these guys are very truthful, honest, open minded, and real with it when it comes to buying a car.. this was my first car buying experience to where I had to make a car payment and the whole entire time. through the process they were honest with me. I recommend them highly recommend them, and I have told a lot of people about them.

I had a great experience with iDrive! Zach was great to work with! Alex was also great to work with and was extremely helpful in educating me on financing. The only complaint I have is that we had to fix a minor $20 problem by the time we got home but let's face it I didn't buy a 2022 brand new truck, I bought a used truck. I will definitely be going back if/when I need another vehicle! Thank you!

I just recently bought a Toyota Tundra from iDrive. It was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had a lot of cars. There was zero pressure; the staff and ownership were incredibly friendly and helpful; and they got me the price and the financing I needed. iDrive is the most underrated dealer in the Greater Cincinnati area, and I will refer my friends and family to them in the future. Also, many of them are veterans. If anyone deserves to earn your business, it's iDrive. Just good people. Will be back in the future.

Traded in my car for a well priced truck. Got what I was looking for, for a price I was willing to pay.
The staff was great and worked around my special situation and get me in and out with a lot of time to spare.
I really appreciate the time they spent making my transaction fast easy and fulfilling.

I went here at the first of the year. These guys really helped me out in more ways than most dealership would. When I had to meet up with Dan today he was great. Brian my sales guy went above and beyond to make sure he got me in the payments I wanted and needed so I wasn't choosing a car payment over my kids needs and wants. And today Dan really was helpful and made my visit to the BMV the best it's ever been in 16 years of driving. I will definitely go back and tell family and friends about this place. They made sure I had a safe and wonderful car to drive home with my children in it.

They helped me get a vechile when no one else even tried because I'm young with little to no credit. Ended up getting a 2019 Elantra and came back 7 months later and traded in for a Buick encore. I don't got the best interest rates but it's expected the guys are very helpful and very honest especially the older guy!

As a 20 year old with no credit, it has been a tough journey in finding a place that would finance me. I had been to multiple places with no luck. I came to iDrive Auto Sales, and they made it happen. I left with a beautiful car and with an affordable car payment. Highly recommend this place. They were very friendly, patient, and helpful.

Came to this car lot with no hope, having just been turned away down the street at another car lot, the people running this lot are amazing, Mikel introduced himself right off the bat, was super friendly and informative, got approved for a car for a reasonable down payment and great payments a month that fit exactly what I was hoping for. Made sure I understood everything that I was doing and I ended up leaving with the car I've wanted for years but never thought I could get :) Mikel also took my car over before we left and washed it for me and got me all ready to go. Very thankful for this car lot they were truly human and compassionate and friendly and would recommend to anyone. Thank you IDrive Team! 😊
