I am so happy to have found this dentist! I have never had a dentist do this good of a job with my teeth. She takes her time, makes sure I am comfortable and is incredibly professional. She really cares about her patients. Highly recommend ❤

My name is Samantha, I’ve been to this office multiple times. I’ve NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes... I mean EVER. So the other reviews I’ve seen have me a little lost. Even when calling to schedule an appointment she gets you in very quickly! It is clean, never crowded. & honestly the fastest dentist office I have ever been to. She goes from patient to patient so you are never waiting for a long period of time. One of my top things is that she doesn’t judge you whatsoever! I’ve been to many offices where they treat you a certain way bc u didn’t take care of ur teeth and u have multiple bad teeth. But DR, Butler-Ross isn’t one of them! She has never made me feel uncomfortable about my smile!!! She is also Unbelievably patient. Especially when I’m the biggest baby ever as soon as my butt hits that chair. I have always came out of this office pain free! She is a great doctor, I highly Recommend! 10/10

Dr. Ross does an excellent job. My teeth always shine so bright after having them cleaned! I used to have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist but now that is all in the past. Her office is quaint and welcoming and she has a calm voice and gentle touch. The lobby has a comfy couch with soothing music to ease away anxiety. One thing for new patients...she is strict about punctuality (which is fine with me because it keeps appointments running on time) and there is only street parking. Dr. Ross is also allergic to cigarette smoke so be respectful and do not smoke before coming in. My daughter and I will continue to see her for as long as she is in practice. We love you Dr. Ross!!

I personally had a good experience. She was just kind & polite to me , was explaining everything she was doing . My teeth went from yellow to white especially my bottom tooth & you can’t even tell now . I think she is wonderful .. sad to see such nasty comments !

This lady is more than a Dentist !! She's an Angel . I can't say enough about how kind , caring and compassionate she is . She was ready to go on vacation , yet fit me in so I could get my dentures before she left . That's not all she called to see how I was doing with getting used to them , mind you while she was on vacation!!! I get so many compliments on my teeth . Dr. Tracey Butler Ross is nothing short of AMAZING !!!!!

I LOVE Dr. Ross...I am a new patient and am PETRIFIED of dentists and I put off going to one until the pain in my tooth forced me in but nobody would take my insurance or get me in quickly and she got me right in and she made me feel a LOT better about getting it extracted so now I'm not as scared as I was and look forward to getting it out. She was very kind and responsive to ALL my calls. I appreciate you so much Dr. Ross and look forward to having you as my regular dentist!!!

I went and saw Dr. Ross several months ago after a horrible experience with a different dentist and I just loved her. For the life of me I couldn't remember the name till I searched this evening. So glad I found her. I will be calling in the morning for a appt.

Just saw Dr Ross again and had 3 very complicated extractions and again she went above and beyond! I had another dentist refuse to do them but she was up to the challenge. Very patient and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will continue to see her with any dental issues. I just love her

As somebody with a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work, Dr. Ross did an amazing job of making me feel at ease and she was very kind and thorough. I would definitely recommend her.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and a few teeth pulled. She got them out very fast I was in no pain or discomfort during the procedure. She informed me ahead of time if the parking and the non smoking policy she has. She asks no smoking 2 hours before arrival time. I hope to see her again for some more dental work.

Tracey is an absolute life saver! I live in a small town and no one even had anything available until June. And I had a wisdom tooth that was absolutely killing me. She got me in the next day, put me on antibiotics and pulled both teeth the following week. She is AMAZING! She tells you every step she makes prior to doing so. And makes sure you are not in any pain. Definitely will go back for any issues I have in the future. Thank you!!!! I’m back to being pain free after 3 months.

I have been going to Dr. Ross for many years and she is the kindest, gentlest person along with being the best dentist I've had in my entire life. She's an absolutely amazing dentist.

I have been to see Dr. Ross for a few extractions and x-rays, and her and the medical team are awesome!!! They are caring, professional, and know exactly what they're doing. They even called me after my procedure to check and see how I was. I have already recommended Dr. Ross to my friends and family and they have had similar great experiences. For me trusting my dentist is a must, and Dr. Ross is definitely great at what she does!!!

Her office got me right in for tooth pain.Her and her staff are very friendly helpful and pleasant! She explained everything to me after looking at x-ray and scheduled me in for extraction for next week! I highly recommend this office she is very gentle and kind!

These ladies took such great care of me. Made me feel very safe and comfortable. Good Christian women who are very experienced in their work. I will do my best to keep them as my main dental provider❤

Best dentist in the world hard on you but understanding but firm

Dr Butler Ross maintains a calming and professional environment. The soothing music in the background is a great distraction from the service that she is providing. I actually look forward to seeing her every six months.

She is not only a professional but an angel in disguise. I lost my front tooth during the shut down and she found exactly what was right for me. I will never forget the smile that she gave back to me. thank you again from the bottom of my heart

Very professional an sweet.... her an her staff made it a point to get me seen asap... Dr Ross was very nice an made me as comfortable as possible as i have very bad anxiety she did everything in her power.... Very great!!!! Would recommend everybody I know to go see her
