My husband ordered these “spur of the moment” and they looked better than what he said he chose online! The flowers still look great on day 2 (today), and the color and smell of the roses and carnations are amazing! It’s the first time I’ve wanted to propagate roses from a bouquet! Bonus points that the delivery man called first to be sure I was home and verify the address, and he was super professional and friendly upon delivery (which was several hours before anticipated). We will be using them again!

My daughter (who lives out of state) wanted to surprise me with a floral bouquet. She read the reviews for all the local florists and picked Welborn because of their high praises. All I can say is that she chose wisely! The delivery was great and the driver was very friendly. The bouquet is BEAUTIFUL and after a week and an half they are still as beautiful as the day they were delivered. Incredibly fast delivery and wonderful arrangement. We ordered flowers at the last minute, on the Welborn website. I crossed my fingers that in choosing that same day for the delivery, my family member would get the flower arrangement. Let me tell you about the best florist of all time! My son had my grandson 2 days ago. I live in a different state & wanted to send flowers. I’ve never ever had luck ordering flowers & receiving anything remotely close to the picture. I went in nervous, knowing I was at their mercy, nonetheless I HAD to send flowers! I spoke to Kesha who was an absolute doll! I told her I saw a certain arrangement online & what I wanted. We shared some grandma stories & I placed my order. Later the same day my mom also wanted to send some flowers but she also resides across the country & is 85. The task seemed too daunting so we decided which arrangement she preferred for a baby boy & I placed the call. This time I spoke to a different employee who was just as kind & helpful. A couple (literally) hours later the flowers were delivered. Moment of truth I asked my son to send me pictures… they were even better than what I hoped for! Absolutely beautiful! I was speechless & will be forever grateful! They even invited me to stop in when I come to town! If you are in a situation like mine do NOT hesitate to use this florist! Every expectation will be far exceeded & as a bonus you will get to experience the best customer service of your life!

Would give 10 Stars if I could. Excellent company. I ordered flowers today at 1:50 pm to be delivered. The person I ordered the flowers for already received them by 3pm. She said they are absolutely beautiful! Thank you Welborn Floral for providing excellent customer service and beautiful flowers!
