Bill's Restaurant is the BEST place to eat in Owensboro hands down. From his amazing menus prepared new daily with new ideas and experiences for the pallet. His staff is amazing, they have knowledge of every dish being prepared and keep in mind this changes daily. They have knowledge of wines and pairings , beers and mixed drinks alike. Friendly and full of energy they work hard to bring fine a dining experience and never fails to do so. They have high standards in quality of sustainable foods and local in season delectables that never disappoint. We have eaten there for a few years and time after time this is where we want to go experience amazing fine dining and spend our hard working dollars. With all that said I have never eaten the same thing twice for dinner at Bill's, and that's because of his amazing knowledge and love of what he conjures in the kitchen. I personally want to thank Bill and all his wonderful staff that bring this to our town if Owensboro.

Bill's was an absolutely fantastic experience.
The restaurant is small with just enough seating.
The menu is also small: specific dishes on the menu for what the chef has in stock. This also means that the dishes are fresh, unique, and most importantly delicious! I had the New York Strip; it was cooked an absolutely perfect medium-rare. Every single bit was cooked the same. The mashed potatoes, vegetable sides, and sauce were perfect.
In addition, the wait staff was attentive but not imposing. When we had a need, they ensured we were taken care of, but they did not hover.
The drinks were prepared as ordered, and the cocktails we're not watered down.
The only complaint would be that when the restaurant is full, it got a bit loud. The acoustics may be the only thing wrong with the entire meal - and quite frankly, the food, service, and drinks were well worth having to speak up with company.

Atmosphere was fantastic. Food was excellent. Had crab cakes for an appetizer. For entree the Tasmainian salmon stuffed with crab served with green beans, and mashed potatoes was amazing. Will be going back specifically for this dish.

Best place for fine dining. Great for date night. Best food in the tri-state. Make reservations for the best dining experience. Bill mades accommodations for dietary needs.

Interesting items on the menu. We loved everything we ordered. The roasted Brussel sprouts were tasty!! You do need reservations. Great place off the beaten track. I don't know how many times I've driven past it and never saw it! My friend from Henderson had been there and recommended it. Excellent!

Excellent service and a warm inviting atmosphere. They serve some of the best steak and fish available anywhere. Great place for a date night.

The quality of the food is top notch. I appreciate that the menu is continuously updated. Sometimes you go in thinking you want one thing for dinner, end up seeing something interesting on the menu, and you make a left turn. I've never had a disappointing meal at Bill's and appreciate the little niche he fills in our community.

Bill's offers a fine dining experience without the pretentious atmosphere that frightens many patrons: myself included! My partner and l had a delicious three course meal, were given excellent service, and never once felt like we were out of place; even though we were rookies to the fine dining scene.

I travel to the area weekly and make it a point to eat there. Bill is fantastic, as is Sherry (main waitress). Seriously, just ask Bill to bring you what he recommends. You won't be disappointed. I love that he does unique dishes almost daily. Don't worry though, he does great with the tamer fair as well. His knowledge of wine is also tough to match.

My first time there and it was wonderful. Bill has a very creative menu, and the food was well executed. The staff was pleasant and attentive. It was a date night and the atmosphere was perfect.

Excellent food. Every appetizer and entree offered on the menu flowed so very well. You can not make a bad choice with any offering. I have celiac and they adjusted my meal to perfection! Great atmosphere, quiet music which is perfect for dinner conversation.

Fine dining, but not snooty or intimidating, always a great experience. Shorter menu than many places, but then more care is taken in preparation. (I double-dog-dare anyone to eat *only* one slice of the bread here. Yummy!)

Great atmosphere and character. Bill was super friendly and personable as was Selena. And the food was fantastic as well as the wine. We had the beef and the salmon. We'll definitely be coming back if ever in Owensboro again!

The best restaurant in Owensboro. You’ll never be disappointed at Bills. He has an ever changing menu, filled with delicious food. Appetizers and deserts are great. It’s such a treat to eat there. The staff is well rounded, friendly, and professional. We hold 😊Bills up to a higher standard then the rest of the places we have to dine

4 of us had lunch at Bill's today, swordfish and salmon were delicious, fruit and salad tasted like just picked. Very reasonably priced, nice quiet ambiance but not stuffy. Can't wait to go back!

We love Bill's. I invited friends to join in the chef table dinning and it was amazing. Several dishes served and all top notch plus the dessert was excellent. Can't wait to cross that blue bridge again and enjoy the best fine dinning in the Tri-state. Also 5 * to the staff. They are always friendly and very professional. Thank you all

As a long-time resident of Evansville with a stint in Owensboro that works just south of Henderson, I can honestly say that Bill's is the best fine dining in the region.

The food is exceptional. The menu changes frequently enough that there are usually new options to explore while retaining most of the staple dishes that keep you coming back. Very highly recommended.

Everyone that works at Bill's as spectacular and their food is exceptional. My favorite in the dinner hour is there Tasmanian salmon. At lunch there's a wide variety that is reasonably priced such as sandwiches with aside for approximately $10 to $12. You usually have a choice of a desert for $7. The bread for the sandwich is homemade and it's delicious.
