Had an appointment and they canceled unexpected, drove almost 2 hours to get here, they dont consider that not everybody that comes here lives close by and or are needing this appointment for important reasons, its already hard enough to get them thru the phone!!

Went to office today and security guard is now some sort of secretary. He treated me like an idiot asking why I was there and making sure I needed the Federal office and not the state. He then tells me the office now operates by appointment only, which I am skeptical of being true. I am now on hold on the phone trying to resolve a problem the IRS is causing me.

You know you have Stockholm syndrome when you leave an IRS office a 5-star review.

Taxation is theft.

I can't ever get ahold of anyone. My calls are immediately dropped. I seriously need assistance and I know they have the ability to help. They are withholding my taxes and stimulus checks, and I'm in need of them.

Google search has the office as open. It is not open on Monday May 18, 2020. You need to keep your hours updated.
