Easy to get to, and fair price. Never had problems with this storage company.

Overall very good experience. They charged me for exactly the time I was using the unit, have a great policy on cancellation (10 days notice) and were friendly and responsive. Unit was clean with tall ceilings and the gates are open any time I wanted to be there. Would definitely use them again.

I rented a 5x10 storage unit from here during this last summer and it was a great experience. The price of the unit wasn't the cheapest in Flagstaff, but it wasn't the most expensive either. It's very easy to get to this location and the property was nice too. There's someone on the property 24/7, which is nice. Customer Service is great too. They reply quickly to their emails and they worked with me when I had trouble receiving a check from them.

I recommend this place if you need a storage space to rent. I'll definitely be back if I need to rent a storage unit again.

Their customer service is the best, they are so quick to respond! Clean, safe area & super well maintained. We rented from them for over a year and they repainted at least twice. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for long term or short term service. They also have great hours for accessing your unit.

I lost my job and my house due to Covid and had to get a small storage unit today asap. I called about 15 places from Flagstaff all the way to Williams, and this place was by FAR the cheapest. A lot of places wanted $80/mo for their tiniest unit, something I just could not do right now. The woman who helped me was super nice! Total time from signing the contract to starting to unload my things into my unit was around 15mins. Super efficient and fast. She really put my mind at ease today during one of the worst times of my life. I saw signs they have surveillance too and that made me feel really comfortable, especially not knowing where I’ll be going forward.

Stopped in last minute in the middle of a flagstff blizzard and lee was so helpful and eager to get me into a unit that best fit my needs. Very fast an efficient! 10/10 would recommend!

The couple who own it are great honest people and 2yrs in a row this place has come through for NAU students during move out week. If you need storage in Flagstaff long or short term go see them! Clean and safe and maintained w staff onsite.
