Great, old fashioned, wholesome barbershop! There are some great barber's in the area, but Jeremy and his place is different.

Jeremy is also a great barber, by the way, and so is his barber shop! The shop looks like it's is right out of the 50's and is a cool place to hang out while you wait your turn for a haircut. My boys like to beat me at checkers and we look forward to playing checkers while we wait for our turn in the barber chair.

Although the barbershop is old fashioned, Jeremy is not and he knows how to give a great, modern haircut. However, his a prices are a bit old fashioned and we like that!

What I like most about visiting The Hometown Barber is the conversation with Jeremy and his laid-back, old fashioned shop. Although there are other great barber's in the area, sometimes the conversations and goings-on in the barbershop are not quite as old fashioned as I prefer that they be for me and the boys.

The Hometown Barber is great place to take your boys and get a haircut! Give Jeremy and his place a try.

First time here today and glad I went. This is everything a neighborhood barbershop should be--friendly conversation, an expert cut--even offered to trim my eyebrows and gave me a splash of aftershave on my neck. There was no wait during my visit, but don't worry if there is --the checkerboard's out front.

Had a haircut there today for the first time after driving past it for years. Jeremy does a wonderful job and has a very comfortable and clean shop. Highly recommend.

This is a great hometown old fashioned Barber. Great conversation and hair cut. You will have fantastic results from a barber that listens to what you want. Have been coming here for three years and would not go anywhere else. And dont forget to get the warm shaving cream neck cleanup with a splash of aftershave.

Found him using Google maps as I'm not currently living here, I'm from NC and come here every time I visit. He does an amazing job on my longer beard. It's hard to find a barber that is not only good with this but also uses scissors. Most just use the regular clippers. So if you're looking for a personal barber with a good atmosphere, down home feel and actually cares how you walk out the door, I can't recommend Jeremy enough!

I call him Jeremy the Gentleman Barber. Great hair cuts, neat and clean shop that "Tells" a story when you walk through the door. Jeremy's demeanor is always pleasant, and his skill set is great. You won't be disappointed.

Jeremy is a fantastic barber. He is always very cordial and has a great ‘old town’ setting in his office. It make me feel as if I stepped back into the days of when everyone in town knew everyone’s name. He does a great job at a great price. Really all that anyone looks for in this day and age!

Fantastic barber. I've been going here for a few years now and I don't plan on changing that. I don't have to tell him what I like, he just cuts my hair. He's very friendly and family friendly. I tell everyone I know to go see him for a great cut. Brings back the nostalgia of an old time barber.

Jeremy cuts my husband and my sons hair, the man is a SAINT! He is so patient and so good with my son, who is a handful! We are grateful for him and his patience!

Quite the unique experience you’ll get at this barber shop. Old-time music in a classic barber shop setting with a warm straight razor shave at the end, after shave lotions too. Jeremy cuts the hair right consistently!

After trying numerous local barbers, I finally found the BEST. Today was the best barber experience I have ever had. I have been to lots of barbers in my 83 years, but this one really stands out. I paid these folks a visit today and took a trip back in time. Jeremy runs a classy old fashioned barber shop. For a minute I thought I was a kid again. If you want a real barber with a real cut and shave ta boot stop on down and pay him a visit. I guarantee you'll be back for another. I sure will....The Grumpy Old Guy.

My husband went there today, What a great experience! He had a straight razor shave, And a great haircut! This place is old school and SPECTACULAR! It brings back so many memories!!

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. If you want a refined gentleman’s haircut, this is the place. My only complaint is that I wish it were open later.
