terrible service. Signing up for the service for $1200 took 1 minute. they immediately took the car. but when the orange engine light came on the next day after the service, they stopped answering calls. I brought the car to them and now for a 24 hours day I can’t find out what’s wrong with car. When I call they answer that they don’t know . Wonderful..

STAY AWAY from all Vista dealers. They provide the worst customer service and bait-and-switched me on tires. STAY AWAY and go to a different Mini dealer. They overcharge for everything and don’t respond. This dealership has put me through the biggest headache and I would not wish going on here on my worst enemy. STAY AWAY at all costs

Service Dept Takes advantage of people. Do not go. Needed to have the keyed lug removed from my wheel to get new tires, didnt want to wait for replacement to be sent, Vista wanted to charge $50 per tire, for a total of $200. Rippoff. No thank you will be taking my business elsewhere

Be ware. Not a trustworthy bmw dealer.
