Self-Storage at U-Haul

I visited Uhal 2days ago just to get some boxes to ship some items to Brooklyn,New York. But the boxes was a tad bit short so I went back to make a change and the young lady was exceptionally helpful. I had forgotten my receipt at home and I also taught I paid with my card, boy I was wrong.Anyways, she was able to pull everything up in the system without an issue saving me from going home to get the original receipt. Very, Vey knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thank You🙏

Great service!

Checked truck in before 24hrs was up. Next day they call asking for the truck , explained it was dropped off a day ago. Employee did not check it in. Charged for 2 days employee tells me nothing he can do the mgr is not there. I have to wait 3 days for a refund. 2 days later they charge me another $140 dollars. Called my bank and was able to cancel that charge. Very dissatisfied. Do not go here for a rental. Zero stars should be an option.
