what a busy location here in Pembroke Pines .but the service was great .we also bought a slab of ribs from the deli and ordered a pepperoni pizza at the food court that we enjoyed on site. still gave 5 stars even though there were no lids available at the fountain drinks. understandable due to the volume of clientele.

Absolutely love Costco, and while all locations are great, this one holds a special place. The customer service is top-notch – a team with a fantastic ‘can-do’ attitude. Super friendly and courteous every time. Shopping here is always a pleasure!

Very friendly. Just went in for butter, ended up with butter, heavy whipping cream, half & half, and sour cream. Publix heavy whipping cream is $6.95. Costco $4.29. Half and half $1.99 at Costco. No coupons needed. Really pays to shop Costco.

I am updating my review to 5 stars because COSTCO must have gotten rid of the lady I describe below. I put in a complaint and asked them to review their camera footage to see her body language and everything below I described. They sent me an apology email. I have not encountered her since or anyone like her.

****COSTCO has always been my choice. My encounter with Sandra in clothing on 6/28 will go down in history as the 1st time since my 1st COSTCO Membership In 1998, where I felt attacked and harassed because of my race. I was looking for my size in the clothing area and Sandra gave me a sharp eye and told me something like “that’s not the way you look for your size!!!” I ignored her aggressiveness believing it was a language barrier. She then approached me to demonstrate how to find my size. I asked her to help me because I cannot find my size and she replied something to the effect of “You find it yourself. I showed you how and now you do it!!” There were others shopping all around her of a different race and she only watched me and only approached me. I told her I was going to speak with a manager, but oddly it didn’t phase her, she got worse.

Costco did not take her through training and the last thing I need is to come into Costco, spending $1800 per visit and encounter such a nasty, bold, aggressive person and the feeling of racism.

Costco for the win! Love the fact this Costco has complimentary self service air for your tires and that each Costco has their unique desserts catered to that area. This Costco was not as busy as usual and the lines were fast.

I can go to Costco without eating a hotdog. I know you need a membership but worst the value because you find beautiful things at the store.

Had everything I was looking for. Outstanding customer service. Was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting I received when entering the store.

Always clean and organized, great customer service, but parking is always crazy.

I have visited Costco warehouses from coast to coast and this particular Costco is much larger than the Costco in North Miami, FL and some of the prices are lower, probably because of transportation costs. Workers were as usual very friendly and helpful. I'm about 25 miles south of this location, but! I will return again.

It's always a pleasure shopping at Costco. My main reason is to purchase gasoline; they have the best price and quality around. I have a Benz; that has been the most cost effective place to fill up my tank, especially buying 92/Supreme. Also cost effective and best service for my car and tires. Great customer support staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I love Costco. I think its jusy such a great place to find great quality at a great price. I have shopped there for years and never been disappointed with any aspect of my experience.

Great Place to buy quality hearing aids at a fair price as well as many other quality products at member discounted prices.

Costco in Pembroke Pines is very good, organized, with good products and great prices. I want to complement Anitta who was very kind to me and my family, especially my daughters. We've had the opportunity to be with her on a few visits to Cotsco and she's always so kind.

My thousands ship every time but I love the market options and technology equipment with discounts
