Bank of America (Lobby Service Only)

I had a glitch on my Bank of America debit card. I tried to fix it online and over the telephone with no success. I stopped by this branch and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my name was put on the list. After a very short wait ,within five minutes an employee, by the name of Nicole Lindo walked up and greeted me with a smile. I explained my problem and we went into her office and she resolved my problem rapidly and with professionalism. I like this branch because it is not as crowded as some of the branches on Kendall drive. Nicole provided five star customer service with a smile. I appreciated it very much. She has a credit to this company.

I went to BOA today with my father to ask for help regarding my elderly father, who is a customer. I needed to become a secondary user on his account so I could facilitate payments on his behalf. The staff was understanding, compassionate, and respectful towards my father and myself. Tania Espinoza was amazing in assisting us during our time there. I feel that my father is in great hands with the team at this BOA branch.

The tellers at this location are superb! I love coming to make by business deposits here as well as personal deposits and withdrawals just because of the interactions that I get to have daily with Margarita, Julia, and Nery. All very sweet, quick working, professional individuals!

Great customer service and rarely crowded or you have to wait in line. The staff their are passionate and they love what they do. They introduced me to financial options that other BoA location couldn't. I love to do my business here whenever I'm close by
