All that concerns me they do not do background checks or good ones before someone comes into your home get a background check of your own been verified or truthfinder are good ones to do background checks

Extremely irresponsible with patient's private information. I work for a financial agency and my fax number is one digit off from theirs. I have been receiving faxes of patient's lab results for about 2 years now. Someone at this facility keeps giving my fax number to doctors and medical providers, leading to the faxes coming to me and not to Patient Care America. I have called multiple times and told them of this error, and they keep assuring me that it will be fixed. However, I continue to receive faxes with patient lab results & private information.
