Into the Woods Tattoo & Art Gallery

I was referred here and decided on a late Father’s Day gift to myself. I tried to do a walk-in, and after a brief discussion with an artist named Chris, he wanted time to rework my idea. He could reduce the lines and highlight the colors while still making the design pop. Appointment scheduled.

I arrived a few minutes late due to the weather, and Chris (@theinkshrink) wasted no time getting started. He explained everything in-depth to ensure no surprises and that all expectations were met. Although I have a very high threshold for pain, he was very accommodating, which created a really nice atmosphere. The piece came out as expected, and I am happy. Yeah... About this location. Wow. This place is spotless. Very clean. Artists are serious about tech, their products, and their artwork, and it shows. The staff was informative. Price is fair.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris! Not only such an amazing artist, but what an amazing human being. He made me feel so comfortable, and allowed me to share the story behind my tattoo with him and he listened with so much care and interest. I went to him with a paper of my sketch and some google images and the tattoo he created from what I gave him beyond exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to get more work done by him!!

Went to shop today for consultation & finalizing! Beautiful work there, appointment next Tuesday to finalize selection/details...Friday 11th is event day. Very professional and will provide the special bandaging/aftercare instructions. This will be my first so actually very excited already! Through various design steps, detailing, filling & conceptual thought for Crucifix w few different fonts.

Let me first say, this was my first tattoo!
Chris made the entire experience amazing! He was very patient in explaining the process, what to expect, made me feel very comfortable being a newbie. Took lots of time to get the design to exactly where I wanted it, adding his artistic touches too. His experience and knowledge helped me to learn alil about the art, and made it easy to trust his instinct. The place is super clean and inviting. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Chris and Into The Woods to anyone looking for the full experience, not just a tattoo.
I will be going back for more!

Chris is amazing. He did a beautiful mermaid for me on my back. I had my mind dead set on a different part of my body to have it done. He took the time to show me why it wouldn’t look right there, he was totally right, and we picked a different spot. He has an amazing vibe, he’s super chill and patient. I went in to see him again for a different piece. He took the time to go through a million photos of my ferret to find the perfect one to tattoo on me. He doesn’t rush you or give you attitude like you are taking up too much of his time. Some tattooist have huge egos, Chris is a humble guy. Check out his work. If you decide to chose him to do your work, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I found Into The Woods Tattoo and Chris D from a friend’s recommendation. The shop is beautiful, very clean, and everyone is super friendly. These were my first tattoos and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. Chris D is a fabulous tattoo artist and genuinely nice person. I highly recommend both the business and Chris D!!!

The interior is clean, well maintained and simple. The secretary is very passionate and informative for each tattooist. I was assigned to tatiana, she Is very flexible for both on-site interaction or for zoom calling. Very pleasant and passionate towards creativity in a person's tattoo. I recently worked with Joe Casal @ Into the Woods where he did a photo-realistic tattoo (that was also a cover-up, see before / after). Absolutely excited with the outcome! I had an old tattoo that I regretted for far too long and I wanted something that would completely cover it up that meant something to me. After receiving a recommendation about Joe from a friend, I reviewed his portfolio and found it full of very impressive work.

From the moment I met Joe at the shop, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, took my input, gave great advice and created a final design came to be exactly what I wanted. (My wife and I are big-time divers in Florida and specialize in shark diving.)

The end result is nothing short of amazing. The photo-realistic design completely covers up my old tattoo and looks perfect. The shading and detail are impeccable, and I've already received numerous compliments on it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Joe!

I walked in for a simple mermaid tattoo and Joe Casal helped me. He sketched out several sizes for me and explained how the lines would look over time. I’m very happy with Joe’s work and love how he added some color in a “fading” manner. Joe was very professional and kind. I’m very happy with my mermaid tattoo!

Great work. I had something small I wanted to get done on my way home from work. They got me in within 20 minutes and I was completely done and on my way home in an hour. There is some very interesting artwork hanging up for sale as well. Even if you aren't ready for a tattoo, you should go in here and check this place out.

Tatiana was amazing. She is incredibly talented and kind. The tattoo is exactly what I wanted. She did a perfect job. She had a very steady hand. She is accommodating. The shop is female friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been being tattooed by Valerie for a few months now. And I have nothing but great things to say about her art, work ethic, and professionalism. She gives her 100% into each piece she does as well as her 100% focus. You can see the passion she has for the industry and the art she is created. Couldn’t have imagined a better experience! Anastasia was wicked helpful booking me and finding me Val, my artist, who did a killer job. She worked with me for perfect sizing, placement and final design. Her clean lines came out to the perfect tattoo of my pup! Sweet, simple and so SO perfect! I flew out to Into The Woods from Nebraska for a small face tattoo, but it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable, exciting, and pleasant tattoo trips that I've had in a while! Tucker made the whole experience one for the books, and he even took the time to tweak his design for me to create the best looking, most cohesive piece possible. This tattoo means so much to me- it is somewhat of a culmination of all my tattoos up to this point thus far, and Tucker solidified it with his artistic style and grace. The shop atmosphere was clean, welcoming, warm, and so visually appealing without being overwhelming. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind... overall one of the best experiences I've ever had! Can't wait to get some more of Tucker's work!

My mother and I accidentally stumbled upon Into the Woods after leaving the first tattoo shop we originally had in mind. I’m glad it ended up happening that way because Into the Woods was a much more professional shop. We felt good seeing all the awards the establishment has collectively earned for their artwork and the shop itself was spotless. Katie was our tattoo artist and she was great. She worked quickly and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend Into the Woods to anyone looking to have artwork done in a professional and clean environment. The prices were great too.
