I always have a fantastic experience with Dr. Coupet. He genuinely cares about his patients, and it shows. His office is great – always welcoming and organized. His team of wonderful ladies is simply the best – A-1, the greatest staff of all time. They are friendly, professional, and always make me feel at ease. Whenever I have questions, Dr. Coupet is always there to help, no matter how small. He makes you feel like you're his only patient, giving you his full attention during every visit. Unlike other doctors who made me feel invisible, he makes me feel heard and valued. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and dedicated doctor.

Dr. Coupet and his team are phenomenal! From the moment you call and make your appointment , to being greeted by his team when you walk in and then seeing Dr. Coupet is an amazing experience . I’ve never had a doctor listen to all of my concerns and make sure they are all addressed. He always has a smile on his face and makes sure you don’t just feel like another patient. Doctor Coupet and his team are the absolute best. He is incredibly knowledgable and has always provided great treatment during the several years that I have been a patient. Unlike doctors at chains and hospitals that view you as just a chart, he includes you in the treatment process so that you feel more empowered with your health. I just want to hail you for the doctor you are. My friends that I recommend to you are over satisfied and are wondering if this is how you practice. The last lady who saw you is a retired nurse . She said I never had a doctor in my life who walked to the door and me. That's a high bar you have set. Continue to be who you are. You need money to live, but dont let it ruin your reputation. Continue to give your patient quality time, and NEVER over extend yourself to the point that will get in the way of giving the exceptional, compassionate service you provide.

Friendly, current, attended to, and timely is my experience of Dr C’s office. It been awhile since I feel this way about visiting the doctor. They are never on time and I often feel rushed. Dr C, spends time with me… like really. He is there, not as a checklist, but like it’s my time, that was made for me. He also uses technology to enhance my experience, and it feels like an additional to make the process seamless, not distant himself from me. I am proud of his office, staff and very delighted and proud to call him my doctor.
