The most honest people Especially Mr. Harold Wagner , the most professional people that I ever met in the last few years. I brought a fireplace and did not work and Harold told me that I should pay for reviewing it however, when I got a phone call from him ,he told me it will be no charge !!!!!!!!!because he called the manufacturer they told him to press the button three times and it works, anybody else would've lied and would've charged me an arm and a leg. I thank Harold and the all team !🙏

Customer service has been excellent. Betsy efficiently and pleasantly set up an inspection and account, and put me on the schedule for service in less than three hours. In less than 24 hours the technician Rolando arrived to inspect the appliances and tank and give us some propane until the truck arrives to fill tomorrow . I am very happy with this company so far.

What can say about Harold and this company. He went over and above with his help to even coming to my to measure at no cost. He was pleasant, not pushy and went into detail of different fireboxes. I am buying the dimplex fireplace. Looking forward to my purchase.

All I can say is OMG! I’m so glad I talked with Blossman! I called 3 other propane gas companies and every time there was some stupid reason why they couldn’t help me. I finally reached Joslyn at Blossman and she could tell I was not as up to date on how propane services work with my particular issue. She calmly explained everything to me and was excellent in every way. She hooked me up with Dan and he was just as great and went beyond his “pay grade” (lol) to help me. Thanks to Dan and Joe, my 15,000 watt generator is hooked up to my large propane and installed beautifully. I’m not blowing smoke with this review! They were the real deal!

Excellent showroom and service. They have a great selection of fireplaces and firepits and grills. The Netzero fireplaces are especially good and Harold is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.

My house had a gas leak coming from my stove and he was able to find where the problem was without ripping up my floor or walls & FIXED IT. I can’t thank him enough !!! He is amazing !!!!

This company came to my house to install tikis and do some gas work. I was very pleased with the end results. Very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

We purchased a Dimplex OptiMyst fireplace about two years ago and have been having all kinds of installation issues. Finally Dimplex sent us to Blossman to do an install of a replacement unit. I so very much wish we had started with Blossman Gas in the first place! Joe and team showed up and had our unit installed and running within 45 minutes (note first install took HOURS because they didn't know what they were doing). They also agreed to show up the day before Thanksgiving to make sure we had it ready for guests the next day. They cleaned up and went the extra mile to re-run some tubing that was visible and clean all the glass. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I'll know to call you first next time!

These guys are awesome. We switched to them after Forever Propane sold to Pico. Could not be happier. If you are deciding between the two, go with Blossman. You won’t be disappointed.

This is my first experience with Blossman Gas and I have to say it was a very positive one . I have had issues with my propane grill for over a year with no one able to address my problem . I called multiple grill web sites and also the manufacturer. I was finally able to get the one of the marketing people from the grill company to contact me regarding my grill. The gave me the contact information of Harold Wagner at Blossman Gas. He took the time to listen to my frustrations over the past year with my grill and how to best go solving them. The same week I contacted him he came to my home and personally help me solve my long ongoing grill crisis . I now have an appointment next week to have my grill repaired , I truly appreciate all the help Harold has given me. Thank you .

I was blown away by the services of this company. Our sales rep Harold came over to our location and explained all their products with such detail and precision, making our decision easy to do. After a storm, we lost power, and after a few days, our gas tank was just about empty, and nobody would answer our calls except for Blossman Gas, and they actually came out in the middle of the night to service us. They also helped us with questions on generator issues.
