Our insurance company had given us just six weeks notice that they were going to drop us. We could not get our house insured without repairing our sinkhole. We chose Titan because
(1) they were much cheaper (2) the owner Jonathan seemed more knowledgeable than other bidders (3) took much more time to answer questions and explain the whole world of sinkholes and insurance. Titan rearranged their schedule to fit us in before our insurance ran out. They took care of all permitting quickly and coordinated the three day project with the engineer and the rest of the team seamlessly. When they finished installing the many piers around the house, you could not tell they had even been here. Throughout the process of getting permits and scheduling the work, the office manager Silvia who has over 20 years experience and basically runs the whole show, was available for our calls anytime and kept us informed each step of the way. Titan Foundation Repair Specialists just finished the stabilization process at my property a few weeks ago.
