Badcock Home Furniture & More of Pompano

After shopping around for furniture for our new condo we chose the Badcock Home Furnuture Pompano Beach store. Right from when we walked in we found just what we were looking for, at reasonable prices. Sue was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions and recommendations and we purchased everything we needed. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The furniture was delivered on time and the men the were very efficient, professional and polite. We were very impressed when the store manager called us the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend.

Great prices and great selection! Alex Rodriguez the manager is the best, we needed two matching recliners there was just one in the store, he took the time to find for us the other from another store. Thank You Alex

From shopping to delivery A+, this assistant manager Alex went beyond his call of duty, to make us happy. Would recommend this place to anyone who quality furniture at great prices.. Our sales rep Marjorie was also very accommodating.

Bought bedroom set, cocktail table, end table and accent table. Love all the pieces. The cocktail table had to be replaced 3 times as they all came damaged. They asked if we wanted a different style but we love the one we ordered. They finally repaired the last one and did a great job. Only we would know where they fixed it. They were extremely accommodating. Kudos to Alex, assistant store manager, Joe, store manager and all the other staff.

Great customer service care from all the people that I dealt with very friendly the sales person helped me to get my furniture honest I have been with Badcock to 35 years and this is the best service I have ever received I was like wow I can't believe it's the same Badcock the store personnel to the two persons that did my delivery great sure I'll be doing more shopping with Badcock Leroy how could I forget that huge smile.

The delivery man Gabriel was very professional. Even though my chest was broken from the manufacturer and the pieces for our bed were missing to put it together, Gabriel found the problem and took note of it and reached out to customer service to have it replaced and have a technician come out to put the bed together. Alex, the Pompano Beach manager, arranged to send someone, Elkin, that day to put our bed together. The store and Gabriel went over and beyond to make things better.

Clean friendly staff loads of furniture choices to look at. You cannot go wrong if you visit there.
