Had an issue with a major clogged toilet in our Coral Springs Home. I called at 3 pm and by 5:45 Mike the technician came and did a fantastic job! Problem solved!

Nelson was phenomenal as always, love working with him. Anytime I call for a plumber I always ask for him. He is very kind. I had two clogged toilets and they are both back up and running like brand new

My sink was backed up so I called Mr rooter.
Nelson Garconville came to my house promptly as scheduled and fixed the problem without any problems he was very efficient and very friendly. He cleaned my sink before he left and made sure everything was in good working condition. I could not have asked for anything more and I am extremely happy with and the companies service. My husband reported a problem on Sunday. We did receive a call back and was scheduled for an appointment today and I was notified ahead of time when the technician would arrive as I asked for them to call first because I have a dog and everything was done the way I asked And Nelson was great. Took care of the problem, there was a clog in the sink upstairs Which had an odor coming from it, and also an odor coming from the downstairs bathroom behind the washing machine. Very pleased with the response, and I would highly recommend them.

I didn’t know what to expect when I called Mr. Rooter plumbing. I had a clogged main line And needed help. I called and the first person I talked to was extraordinarily kind and accommodating. They gave me a time When my plumber would arrive, and explain to me the cost of coming out. I hung up and about an hour later got a call, saying my plumber could arrive earlier than anticipated. Michael Cruz arrived at my home and was professional and kind. My daughter, who is 6 wanted to watch him scope out the sewer line, and he took the time to explain as he worked on clearing the line. Mr. Micheal, as my daughter called him, Unclogged the drain And went on To explain to me exactly the causes and how to prevent it in the future. The price is fair and the service was excellent. I’ve kept their card and will be calling for any plumbing services I have in the future.

Had an emergency water leak, they responded quickly and was a great price!! I had a prior issue year ago and that company charged me double for a much smaller job. I am very happy and will use this company again in near future for more non emergency plumbing issues.

I was very discouraged from calling around and looking for a plumbing company to detect a leak and came across this company. Spoke with the manager who was very nice and kind I explain my issue and they sent technician Nelson who was awesome and great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When your toilet is blocked and messy the last thing you need is to wait a day or two for help. I called Mr Rooter at 2:30 and my toilet was fixed by 5:30 the same day.
