Sam Jolley's Plumbing

Probably one of my best vendor experiences in South Florida. Pablo came out and explained all the issues step by step. He gave various recommendations that would help minimize the impact to my home and family. Then they worked diligently and with efficiency to finish all the repairs quickly. They found a solution so I wouldn't be without water overnight. Then the cherry on top. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Both inside and outside the house. They also beat the price of their competitor. Hands down recommend if you have a leak or major plumbing challenges.

Joseph Beyer was Very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a slab leak and I was stressed out. He explained and answered all my questions. I felt very confident in him. I am very pleased with his work. And the biggest plus is he cleaned up after himself ♥

I needed to replace a toilet quickly. The company was extremely responsive and set me up with Scott the plumber that day. Scott was great. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with.

Pablo was personable, professional and successfully changed the valves and spigots on our washing machine where, prior to this, the cold water came out in a trickle. Now, we have great pressure for both cold and hot water. He got this done in about 1/2 an hour. This is my 2nd time using Sam Jolley Plumbing and recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Pablo was amazing!! I have had repeat backups within my store and many people out prior to Pablo’s visit to take a look at the problem. Pablo spent hours clearing my line, and he found the root cause of the issue— which several company’s I worked with could not. Amazing attention to detail and all around great communication. Highly recommend!

George was very kind and communicative. He helped to try and figure out the source of our shower smell. Unfortunately the smell did not go away BUT he helped do find the next best people for job and replaced a piece in our bathroom that needed to be replaced. I appreciate how he showed us exactly what he was doing and respected our home. I will definitely call on George again to help solve any other plumbing issues that may arise. Great experience overall!!

Alex from Sam Jolly Plumbing were great. My cat was in my screened in patio & instead of coming in they called me to tell me they were at my house. Thank goodness the cat didn't get out. He evaluated the problem & fixed it in record time too. Great job

Hector was the plumber who the company sent. He was very professional, respectful, and didn't just fix the problem with my toilet but provided a full assessment of the efficiency of the toilet and gave me advice on how to make the toilet work better. I was very impressed with his professionalism and ability. I would definitely call this company again and request Hector!

George is a awesome plumber efficient, and very professional tech and I'm very thankful that he is my plumber he knows his job and very good at his job. If you need a plumber call Sam Jolley and request George he truly is a great asset to the company and will make sure the job is done correctly and in a timely manner. He assured me from start to finish of the issue I had at my home with My old cast iron pipes he repaired and made sure everything was done properly.

Needed a plumber urgently on a Sunday, called Sam Jolly and within a couple of hours Scott arrived, knew exactly what was needed, went and got the parts and within an hour or so, the problem was resolved. I was very impressed, clearly a very well run organization so I opted to take out their Platinum Plan on an annual basis... Great company, highly recommended.

George did a great job. He was prompt and honest with what was the issue and the cost involved with fixing it. He has a great attitude and he is wonderful to work with. I am not even sure where to begin with this review. George, and his buddy (as I like to call him), Desmond,, came out to help replace a water heater in my condo. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They arrived and were very kind, honest, and just overall wonderful people. While they worked, I truly felt that I was with family, with how easily the conversations flowed and when I asked questions, they had no issues and answered me so I could easily understand what they were working on. I had another issue (NO fault of theirs') and George came back out to save the day the next day as well. Truly an amazing experience and I would most definitely hire them again. Both George and Desmond are awesome at what they do and extremely great people to have around. Who ever says "it's a pleasure to have a plumber around"..... normally nobody because it means there is an issue with your home.... however, it was an absolute pleasure and I almost feel like pretending there is a leak so they can come back out. All jokes aside, if you need a plumber, don't look anywhere else... these guys can do the job and get it done right and like champs! Thank you both for everything.

I had a bathroom that was completely clogged. I called and was given a time the same day within a few hours. The tech Alex t came out after he called ahead to notify me on his eta. He came in and reviewed the issue then he came to terms with the cost and he went to work. They were great and would recommend them. My only PSA is don’t use flushable wipes.

Luis and his team did a great job of handling my blocked main. They located the clean out line, which was under deep concrete, and broke through it to flush and descale my lines. He was honest and did a very thorough job. Thank you, Luis!

He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and got the job done properly and quickly. This was my first time using this company and I think I will be a loyal customer. I called to schedule an appointment and was offered an opportunity for a technician to arrive within 30 minutes. Hector arrived on time and assessed the job and completed it in under an hour. He cleaned up and left the area spotless! I highly recommend Sam Jolley plumbing. Ask for Hector, you won’t be disappointed.

Really great service that was provided the same day as when I called. John was the best plumber! He came out to take a look at the issue of some valves not working properly, assessed the issue, put his tools to work, and got them fixed right away. He had my water flowing before I knew it! Definitely recommend!
