I highly recommend Lotus Cove Wellness. Johanna is a wonderful acupuncturist who takes the time to listen to your concerns and tailors her treatment to your individual needs. The office feels like a zen spa, warm and welcoming, Natalie and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Lotus Cove Wellness to anyone looking for acupuncture treatment, hypnotherapy and women's health.

I have been attending Lotus Cove for 2 years and all I can say is I thank God I came according them, they have been there for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. Johanna and Natalie have been blessed with such amazing gifts. My health has gotten better and my mind has been more relaxed. This place is truly the best place to get acupuncture, Vaginal steaming, cupping, and hypnotherapy. You will NOT regret it at all. You will come out of lotus cove renewed and refreshed.

Johanna did acupuncture for me throughout my whole pregnancy and it made all the difference with my inflammation and pain but also stress relief and preparing me for delivery. I also did the hypnoacupuncture with Johanna and Natalie recently, and it was a great experience too! They both have great energy and are very kind and knowledgeable. Recommend them to anyone who would ask!

I went to Lotus Cove Wellness Center for a hypnotherapy session. Walking into center is so calming and zen. Definitely made me feel extremely comfortable. Natalie helped me to tap into thoughts that I didn’t know had such a heavy impact on my life, but now being conscious of it, I’m able to put certain thoughts behind me and focus on a better future. 10/10, highly recommend!

Recently we celebrated our girlfriends birthday at Lotus Cove Wellness with a wellness party and let me tell you it was way better than a night out on the town. What is more needed for a bunch of mamas than a day of pampering and celebrating bodies that brought life into this world?! The staff was wonderful and accommodating and breathed fresh life into us all. It was seriously the most amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough!!!!! If you aren’t running to this place for all your wellness needs you are doing something wrong!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Lotus Cove and the owner Natalie! The "Cove" is beautiful, clean, and full of good vibes. I had the abdominal massage with reiki and didn't realize how much I needed it. Women tend to store their stress in their centers (and we all have a lot of that these days)! Also, massages seem to never focus on this body area. The practitioner did a great job and I left feeling more relaxed and lighter than I have felt in a VERY long time. I am excited to try other services and come back for the same. Highly recommend Lotus Cove!

Last night I attended a party hosted by lotus cove for me and my girlfriends. I had 3 services that I’ve never had before: acupuncture, abdominal massage, and a vaginal steam detox. It was INCREDIBLE. Such a beautiful relaxing experience. I will most certainly be back because it was the best spa experience I’ve had in a very long time. After years off from Acupuncture, I finally connected with Johanna in January 2023 and she is amazing. We hit it off immediately and I’ve been seeing her weekly for acupuncture, gua sha and cupping. She can literally take all of my money. She works with a female health center that offers vaginal steaming, hypnotherapy, different modalities of massages and more, which is also a huge plus in my book.

Johanna has been such a huge advocate for me during my IVF process and has done wonders to help improve my eating habits, sleep, stress levels, and blood pressure. It’s not only a welcomed break in my chaotic work and dr appt schedule, but also a therapy session where I can share everything. All of her recommendations, including ashwagandha and non-drying heat therapy, have helped me tremendously.

An absolute oasis for self-care. Each practitioner is highly skilled and helps you build an integrative, individualized program. They really listen, and from the first visit you feel SO well taken care of. As an overworked, middle-aged mom of a young child, I didn't realize how much I needed this (to release so I can achieve more wellness). They get it. Johanna is an amazing acupuncturist, Natalie is so talented at hypnotherapy (and in an array of other areas), Shay is a fantastic abdominal massage therapist...the list goes on. So I visited today and did the Hypnopuncture for Clarity and Grounding. It was such an amazing experience! Johanna, who is the acupuncturist was awesome and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail prior to start which made me feel confident in her technique. Natalie, the hypnotherapist was also amazing. She was very intuitive, helped me relax in no time and when unforeseen distractions arose, she used them in in her hypnosis. For example, in silenced my phone before going in and for some reason, it still rang during the session. She was able to quickly adjust and use it as an unintended tool. Also, the place is gorgeous! The decor is so calming and Inviting. Everything was perfect and I will definitely be back soon!

Natalie is amazing, she’s the real deal, she’s helped me immensely. I was reluctant to try yet another therapist , however I can say, she is not your average therapist at all. Her approach is different, authentic and real. She has genuine concern and never forgets any details from visit to visit. If you’re on the fence, just go once, you’ll see. She also sent me to Shay for massage and lymph drainage, and she is a gem. Lotus Cove is a great secret to share, you’ll feel at home right away.

I booked several services for a day of self-care — thermography, acupuncture, massage, reiki — and my experience at Lotus Cove Wellness was nothing short of magical. From the warm welcome to the caring nature of each provider, this is a space where you can rejuvenate mind, body and soul. I left feeling completely renewed and I can't wait for my next visit.

What a little gem! I had an abdominal massage and V steaming and wow!! both were so good! Natalie makes you feel so welcome. Shay was the one that did my abdominal massage. She was wonderful and really knows what she is doing. The V steaming was done by Natalie and it was my first time and she made me feel so comfortable. I am a couple days out and WOW do I feel good! my energy is amazing! I booked for another appointment. Its a must try! I place is also super clean and CDC compliant with COVID-19. I felt very safe. I would totally recommend. Looking forward to returning!
