Wooven Dry Cleaning and Laundry

I have been using Wooven for a few years and they provide excellent service and bring a high quality of industry expertise and knowledge. Their pick up booking system is easy and reliable, but most importantly then staff are the utmost professionals and having dealt with many different dry cleaners, they really are at another level when it comes to customer service. Recently the owner, Elena and her staff went above and beyond by going out of their way to open on a weekend and retrieve an article of clothing when it was completely my error. I had not expected any response since it really wasn't their problem. Absolutely phenomenal service.

Absolutely wonderful experience! All employees, especially Ilene were incredibly helpful and knowledge. My usual dry cleaner told me my 1 dress shirt would take 5 days, they had it ready the same day! Also, my regular dry cleaner said the Salsa stain would not be removable...Wooven and their team were able to remove it!

My husband needed his suit dry cleaned in a hurry. We were able to find Wooven Dry Cleaning in Pompano Beach. They were able to get the suit cleaned the same day and it looked brand new. We were very impressed with the service and quality. We will recommend them to all our friends.

I came in with a dress for my anniversary photoshoot. The fabric I had added to make a custom train would have bled onto the white dress so dry cleaning alone wouldn't work. The Manager spoke with me and gave me several options but explained what would be best and why. I really appreciate that she was able to remove all the spots!! I will be bringing all my dry cleaning items in.

I've taken my expensive shirts to other dry cleaners and they never looked as good as they do from Wooven Dry Cleaners. I also really love that they are green and organic. The pressing is top notch too! The customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend you to try them!

From the minute I called, Irene was kind, efficient, and considerate of my order. She was able to squeeze me into the pick-up schedule; who I have to add the driver was extremely nice and courteous. Then, considering the size & condition of my order due to a recent move, it was done so quickly and returned beautifully. Irene made me feel as if she had known me for years. I don’t normally take time to do reviews, however when you find a business that has the values of “old school” customer service AND fast excellent service, I would be remiss if I did not take the time to tell others. Absolutely amazing quatity! They restored my favorite Escada blouse ! It got disgusting grayish shade after my old dry cleaner. My friend recommended to try Wooven. Such a huge difference! I can't believe how white and nice it looks now:-)!!! Just like the first time I bought it! Very pleased with customer service too! I will try to post a photo of my beautiful blouse.

I brought my duvet comforter instert in on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving after my new puppy had an accident, thinking it’d be at least until Monday before I saw it again. They were so helpful and friendly and for the service I needed, the price was more than fair. The best part — they got it done the same day! Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Just came in to Wooven dry cleaning Pompano location with a vintage shirt in dire need of some help for my upcoming wedding. I was greeted by Irene and Elena who were very helpful in explaining the process to me explaining the shirt may be too fragile to restore...Elena still took the shirt out back and tested a spot to see if it was safe to clean and came back honest in letting me know my shirt was basically uncleanable without destroying it given the age and material (cotton). Still they offered to press my shirt completely free of charge to get me ready for my big day and the shirt was ready for pick up the next afternoon!! Absolutely quality work and expert service and advice with customers all over the U.S. and to top it all off, they use completly natural cleaners that are safe to dispose of down the drain, all organic corn based products that are completely unharmful and safe to the environment. ✌🏽 Best in the business.

I recently started to manage a B&B just before hurricane Irma and the hurricane messed up part of the roof and we had a small leak. Three days later I discovered that we had a lot of mold damage. Everything was moldy – couch covers, towels, table cloths, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, and a ton of guest clothing.

After calling around to a lot of dry cleaners, I contacted Wooven and I am SO GLAD that I did. They were incredibly helpful helping dealing with the insurance company and they even met with one of the adjusters to show the mold that had infiltrated all the items.

After 10 days, they had everything done perfectly, except a few unimportant pieces that were beyond cleaning. They even helped remedy my wood framed paintings; although one was already too far gone. I would highly recommend Wooven to anyone with a mold issue.

After discussing with them further, they are now providing lined service to my B&B and are doing a great job.

But one word of warning – take care of your mold problem immediately. The mold will eat away at anything it touches.

In a day where superior customer service is a thing in the past, it was refreshing to receive such wonderful service from Wooven. The staff and owner were friendly, accommodating and extremely thoughtful. I pray that in this time their business expands and grows beyond measure and continually. They were a breath of fresh air and I’m so glad I stumbled across this gem of a business. I've found our family cleaners!!! Thank you😊

They did an amazing job on my mom's old wedding dress. The dress was yellowed and stained from over 20 years ago. I didn't thing they could get it back to looking new again, but they did. The dress is white again and I a very happy customer.

We were visiting Fort Lauderdale on vacation and did not want to return home with a week of dirty laundry! Who does? We called Wooven and they were amazing and made everything so EASY for us. I had a mammoth leak. I thought my beautiful linens and silk shams were ruined. Wooven picked the items the day I called. Work was fantastic! The return packages were put in plastic bags with handles. I am very pleased

This place is top notch. I called them at 8:30 A.M. and was told I could bring my suit to be cleaned and pressed and it would be available next day. So I dropped my suit at 8:45 and they called me at noon the same day to tell me my suit was ready! Unheard of! Proper 5 stars given.

They do remarkable work and I will not just give them a 300 star rating they take customer service to a another level because they treat you like you are one of the family
