James and his family have an astounding restaurant! We were so impressed that we went back to gift them cuz the tip was simply not enough! The energy is phenomenal and food is delicious! The prices are good too, especially if you pay with cash! I like that they give you that option, if you pay with card there's a 3% charge to cover their fees but it is more than worth it! I do not eat pork so I was delighted that they have multiple different breakfast options! We are so grateful we found them!!

We were very impressed with the prompt & friendly service, food was, the menu was reasonably priced & the establishment was very clean. We have been there several times & plan on going back. The owners were available, seating customers, friendly & checking with customers if everything was good.

We stopped by on our weekly Sunday am motorcycle ride. This was my first time here. The "special" was lasagna and it was delicious. We had 3 in our group and they had 3 left when we ordered. It was meant to be. I will be back with my buddies every chance I get.

First time here. Quaint atmosphere with checkered table cloths. Breakfast was delicious. Bacon crispy, sausage gravy like mom used to make and grits thick enough to hold a spoon.

Food is great and really affordable. It's quiant and decorated with awesome Roosters! Definitely recommend

I got the Philly Cheese Steak and my husband got the Pulled Pork Sandwich basket and they were both incredible! Amazing food, really reasonable prices, and a very kind staff! The atmosphere here is very cute and cozy. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

At 8 AM on Sunday morning, this place was crowded and I can see why. It's cute. It's clean. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. And there's coffee. Rooster's is now my breakfast spot!

The cheese omelette was gooey with cheese and that's what I like. The home fries looked kinda black, but turned out to be yummy. I ate them all. And raisin toast with real butter. I took half my omelette home.

It's the neighborhood feeling and decor that I like most here. Brooksville is my new home and these are my new neighbors. Btw, no-one in here was under 75 years old (except me). Maybe the younger crowd sleeps in until 10 AM?

Nice location, great food, excellent service & nice people. Stopped here for breakfast when riding my motorcycle, there are cool roads to ride in and around this area!

Cute place to go roosters all over the place. Place was clean service was excellent food was delicious and price was more than reasonable. For this type of reflex restaurant I certainly would give this a five.

Great Customer Service, friendly atmosphere, the owners were super nice came to our table to make sure everything was good. The food came out very quick and it was delicious and very well priced definitely recommend this place

Relaxing southern atmosphere! Friendly owners that make it a point to get to know you. I ordered the Reuben and fried green tomatoes. All my food was made with quality ingredients and was delicious. A new favorite place for me.

A small place where locals and regulars go for wonderful food and service. Our 1st time there and will definitely go back. We had biscuits with sausage gravy along with hash browns. bacon and extra gravy. It was divine. We also had bacon cheese omelet with hash briwns and toast. The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. For that matter, everything was fixed perfectly. The staff are so nice and smiles on each of their faces. Our waitress was Kristina and she took spectacular care of us. Thanks to all there for a great breakfast. We will be coming again. 🤗

Was greeted graciously and seated quickly. There were plenty of booths available at 1:30 pm on a Friday. Today's special was stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls. We had stuffed pepper. It came with mashed potatoes with brown gravy which were instant potatoes, green beans that were obviously canned, and a large fresh dinner roll. We also had fried green tomatoes which were fantastic!! Sweet tea was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very gracious as well. Our food came out super quick. Everything was served hot. We were checked out by the same gracious gentleman that greeted and seated us. This was our first visit and surely will not be our last. Was a great value and pleasant atmosphere.

Great food, great service, clean establishment, fair prices, large servings. Roosters is THE breakfast spot, you can't go wrong if you go here.

This place was awesome!! We rode our Harley and stopped for breakfast. Great atmosphere. Good food, hot coffee, wonderful waitress!! We'll definitely be back!! Loved all the roosters everywhere!! 😃

Roosters is fantastic mom and popped on restaurant. The captured essence home cooked breakfast and a light lunch. Looking forward to going back and sampling their dinner menu! They have a friendly courteous staff and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend you stop and eat to this restaurant anytime you're in Brooksville!
