Delicious! Best fried tomatoes I have ever had! The yardbird (chicken) sandwich and the Greek bowl were perfect. This is definitely a new addition to our list of places to pay a return visit.

Wonderful homey quiet atmosphere with a touch of country and art. Food was served quickly and was delicious. We added a margarita and a huckleberry lemonade. First time and will return for sure. Staff very pleasant as well.

We went for our anniversary dinner & this place was so cute! The drinks were excellent & the food was good! My husband's food was a little cold but overall everything was good & we will be returning! 😊

We stopped by randomly on a road trip today. The space is beautiful and airy. The original ceiling is beautiful. Mary Beth gave us fantastic service. The Fig & Gonganzola pizza, Bistro Cobb, and Yard Chicken sandwich were absolutely amazing. The Huckleberry lemonade was such a refreshing cocktail. If you're in this area, stop by and check it out. 🥰🥰

This place is absolutely amazing. We have always felt welcome from the minute we walk in. The food never disappoints! If you’re looking for a local spot to chill out and eat good food, this is the spot.

We stopped in during the Fancy Flea and we’re not disappointed. It was busy of course but we chose to sit at the bar. We were greeted quickly and ordered drinks. The Brooksville Belle was as delicious as it was beautiful! Highly recommend for a spring cocktail!!
The food came out quickly considering how busy they were. The fried green tomatoes were amazing. The pimento cheese, bacon and balsamic drizzle were genius additions to an already delish southern delicacy! We shared those and a caprese pizza. A handmade crust cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce, cheese and fresh tomatoes were yummy. The server was extremely friendly and attentive especially considered how overwhelmingly busy they were. We dined out a sports bar type pub the night before and spent TWICE the amount of money on mediocre food so I was pleasantly surprised when paying the bill. The prices were reasonable for outstanding food!!

Beautiful cozy atmosphere. Service was excellent and can't say enough good things about the food. Great flavors with everything. Fried green tomatoes with pimento, fried pita dipped in honey and goat cheese plus The Bistro flatbread was all fantastic! Will definitely be back.

Great menu in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Loved the Ahi Tuna Salad with ponzu dressing.

The perfect downtown spot to grab a bite or have a drink! Love their salad options.

Last Spring, we held my baby shower here and it was the perfect space! Food was fresh and the ambiance was ideal for a large shower.

Came here after Main Street and wow what a difference of food. Menu is very eclectic. We got the black goat pizza and it was amazing. Wonderful ratio of cheese to sauce to toppings to crust. The crust was even delicious and so soft. Lucy was our server and after she found out it was my daughters birthday came with an amazing apple cheesecake. Great service and amazing food.

Never had a bad experience. Brunch is the meal we always do and it’s always great. Huevos Rancheros and Croque Madame was perfection!

We had a wonderful experience at The Bistro! This is a great place to get a meal after you're done playing Olympus Disc Golf Course. Pro Tip: the Buffalo Cheese Egg Rolls are awesome. Thank you Catherine!

What an amazing experience AGAIN! This place is a must! The food was delicious! The Goat Cheese & Honey app and the Crispy Brussel Sprouts app were phenomenal! Fully enjoyed the Fig and Gorgonzola Wood-Fired Pizza! The eclectic food choices to the rustic and warm, welcoming ambience to the quirky and humorous waitress makes this such a desirable place to return! Loved being able to relax and enjoy a meal yet again on a night out with my husband.
Highly recommend this place to any foodie or restaurant-goer that is looking for a wonderful experience!

Great place ,we had the special Reuben pizza, which included very few pieces of corned and cabbage. Our family had the Supreme pizza which was loaded with toppings.

Nice rustic welcoming vibe. Food was great-fried green tomatoes, ahi tuna salad and Greek bowl. Authentic and tasty, fresh with tasty flavor combinations. Server was attentive and prices reasonable. Highly recommend!

Awesome service during a busy Monday lunch service. Probably the best wood fired pizza that I have ever had( crust was NOT burned). It was awesome. Dough is made there on site.
