This Winn Dixie grocery store is wonderful in so many aspects. It is big, clean, spacious, has many brand products, the staff and cashiers are helpful with a good attitude. The pharmacist is wonderful, quick and professional. She enjoys her profession and it shows. Great produce section. Good cold and hot food section. And of course, they have always been know as “The Beef People” ever since I can remember (I’m 58). You will not find all grades of quality beef in any other grocery store. The Only store that sells true Grade A Angus Beef which is well worth the price because of its wonderful taste and quality, is Winn Dixie. I buy all my beef for myself at this store for myself and guest when I cook and grill. This store is hands down better than any Publix I’ve been to. Their prices, that’s the best part of all. It’s easy to get their discount card (your phone number). Get the WD. app and see their weekly specials on many products. Select what you want, get it and at check out either by cashier or self checkout, these savings will automatically be taken. Where else can you find a nice pack of St. Louis Baby Back Ribs as buy one get one free! BOGO! Get’em and freeze them. Show me if Publix has a discount card, a much better selection of items, a great looking and fresh produce section, a large and spacious store (completely remodeled) and true Angus Beef (WallMarts is not real Angus), a great selection of all beef cuts. Have I said enough! ?It’s a pleasure to go do your shopping here even if I have to travel at bit more from Coconut Creek where I live. The Management here is on the ball with this winner,

Most of the time has my prescriptions ready.The manager could be a little more professional.The other pharmacist Beverly is great.

Clean. Cashier was pleasant. Found everything I needed. Even parking was no problem this time.

Very clean and friendly staff.

For a lot of years I have had good service from this pharmacy, Sylvia is the one remaining. In the last year I noticed that if its not Sylvia then the service I received isn't there. Twice I inquire about my meds and I am told I have no refills to contact my Doctor. Twice I find out that the information I am given is not accurate. You cannot keep Sylvia working 24-7 but you can provide her with better help or and staff. Too many years I have invested here and Sylvia alone cannot cover for the incompetent's people you have. Am I supposed to switch pharmacies now?

Very slow service

Laziest pharmacy I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to stores that fill 700 scripts a day and they’ve never made me wait more than 30 minutes for a script I really need. Dropped off a script and said it would be ready in a half hour but the moron didn’t even start working on it until I came back to the counter MORE than a half hour later. Very odd not sure how they are ok with wasting ppl’s personal time like that if you don’t wanna fill it just say so lmao.

So I just called this pharmacy inquiring about a prescription for my dog. Good RX recommended Winn Dixie without using the discount card for $10. I call Liz was extremely rude and not helpful. I asked to speak with a manager she said she was the manager I began to ask further questions then she replied she only filling in she’s not the manager the actually mgr is out on medical leave. She refused to provide me with a mgrs name for me to call back. This is the reason there aren’t many of these locations left their customer service is HORRIBLE. I would acut rate the pharmacy -000 star if I could.

Store okay-Solid B performer-Pharmacy way under key performance indicators at every stop on the patients experience from soup to nuts, a loser-A SOLID "D-" since noone really gets an "F" if they dress and show up.

I may need to see trousers next time
considering the failures at this place. No call when script received from doc-no call when Rx ready no call when order Rx is needed-no call to advice expectation(s).

This pharmacy may be GOOD RX' lowest price point for many meds but there's a reason why....Try calling and getting thru that's the start of what will be a consistently unimpressive and disappointing experience filled with excuses and underperformers.

This place gives me a headache when I need my prescription but it’s the cheapest one that I know..

The staff never picks up the phone or takes a really long time to do so. I have gotten hung up on..it’s not even that I call late, it’s early every time. I usually have to go in cause they don’t want to answer and there is 3 of them there...Really rude costumer service.

Went in to get a prescription filled dropped it off no problem 5 minutes later I’m told to come back and pick up my prescriptions I get inside and the pharmacist had an attitude looks at the cashier and just says NO! When asked why they couldn’t fill it I was told because the stock they have is for existing patients and they would have to call my doctor which is fine. so you don’t accept new patients that get a prescription from a doctor
