I was expecting all the drama and waiting for hours when I visited this place.
My appt was at 11:30. I got there at 11:10, right away the receptionist took care of my paperwork. She actually the one typing everything into the computer instead of telling me to fill up forms. I just needed to sign on the pad for the release. This alone is already time saving. 11:25 the nurse came out to call my name, and then after she did all the basic (im a new patient), she told me to wait in the room and told me the doctor has one person before me to attend. 14 mins later doctor arrived. The whole thing took 50 mins from the moment I enter to the moment I left.

Despite the bad reviews, I scheduled appointment for annual physical. All the staff were very friendly! I was in and out within 2 hours. The facility was very clean with a pleasant environment. There was only a few people waiting the both times I visited. I have no insurance, so the prices per visit is affordable for me. I would recommend this location.

I went here for the first time two weeks ago and have to say the employees were very friendly and helpful. I was seen almost immediately by both the nurse and a very nice Doctor Smith.

Everyone there is great and friendly especially Stephanie at the front desk! Cynthia is also helpful for eligibility information!

Everybody working is awesome... the wait might be an issue but it’s understa a lot of patients

Worse healthcare facility in the country! The staff in the office are very nice. The problem is when you need a prescription refilled or you actually need to talk to someone. My 84-year-old mother tried for two weeks. She called, the pharmacy called, the insurance company called, I called! Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns phone calls and nobody takes action. When you call you will hear several voice prompts. None of them lead to anybody in the office that you can speak to. The scheduling is centralized, the option for a nurse goes to voicemail with no return phone call. I had to drive down there (30min, one way) twice to get two prescriptions filled! They refuse to fill one of them. It was for estrogen patches. They wanted my 84-year-old mother to go to a gynecologist but yet it took over a week to get a referral. This was a referral marked as urgent! This is absolutely crazy. This place is the pits!!!! If you value your life stay away from this facility. I honestly don’t know how it received 2.2 stars. It doesn’t even deserve one.

Very upset with my visit. I had an appointment scheduled at this facility at 11:30am and was told
to arrive 15 minutes prior to fill out any paperwork. They had me waiting about an hour to bring me back and then another hour and half to see the doctor. I got up and left. Very unprofessional and do not respect the time of their patients, especially ones that are trying to be established at their practice.

Do not go here! It is impossible to speak to a live person on the phone even to confirm an appointment! For my initial appointment, I waited over 4 hours to be seen by the doctor and all she did was stand at the computer asking me questions to only send me to Quest for tests. As I checked out, I had to wait for the employee to finish her lunch before she would give me my next appointment. Then I was required to set up another appointment to wait another 4 hours to have the test results shared with me and get referrals. I repeat...DO NOT GO HERE under any circumstances!

Never ever ever ever go here! As a new patient I went to the office. The office is completely empty only one other patient in the waiting room yet I sat and waited for 2 hours. I left without being seen because the lady at the front desk said this is the normal amount of time. Sorry I cannot be a patient with this discourteous service.

My mother who is a sick women had her appointment at 2:45 pm after 6:00 pm and still waiting for the doctor. This is unacceptable the staff are rude unprofessional horrible horrible horrible place. They should educated their staff to be respectful. My mother has diabetes, high blood pressure and this is really close to my house that’s why I have to take care there one doctor for the entire practice that’s just horrible. This is just not right this place they should replace everyone people more humble understanding my mother is 80 years old waiting there for almost 4 hours. No one knows anything and plus that they have an attitude unbelievable. I’m a human resource director this is just wrong unthetical inhuman for patients waiting so long.

I wish there was an option for zero stars! First, I waited 6 weeks for an appointment. On the day of the appointment I showed up 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time like instructed....only to wait 2 hours and still never be seen. Eventually I walked out!

I would not encourage you to use this facility unless you have ALL day to wait!

The worst... Ya'll need to hire people who enjoy working with public. Went in just to drop off paper work for a coworker & they refuse to take it because she wasn't in, like really. its just a paper (print out) nothing coincidental. Lady was so rude, its now what you say is how you say it.
they need to redo there staff except for Stephanie.

Never go here ,you have to wait at least 2hours to see the Doctor, bad customer service and they doesn't answer the phone for scheduling appointments and doesn't call back..
And for referrals you have to wait many days too be ready.
Only the Doctor Laundro is good in this center and all the staff are bad.

This is the worst facility to go to if you would like to live. They don’t care about their patients. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week and I have been getting the run around. Messages that are supposed to be sent to nurses, doctors, and etc aren’t sent over. If you want to die this clinic is the way to go.

Was denied access to my in- network Dr because they weren't specifically assigned by my insurance. Even though they had a month and a half to clarify that.

I wish I can give no star.
Bad customer service, they never answer phone or return calls. If you need to make an appointment schedule first time in the morning and bring lunch and snacks as you will spend all day at the facility. 2 visits, 2 nightmares. The worst experience
