Mrs. Grout

They are top notch. They did a perfect job. This is 24 year old porcelain tile. They offered 60 different grout colors. We went with the white, and it is perfect. They will be doing our other house.

Mrs Grout does an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. Vanessa came on time and got right to work. We had the floor and shower done. You can see from before and after photos a huge difference. We will use her for the rest of the floors for sure.

Mrs. Grout technician Vanessa did an outstanding job on our 20 year old tile walk-in shower. It took about six hours. The grout and tile are gleaming like new. She was professional and left the bathroom in excellent condition. I am only posting "after" pics because I don't want the Internet to know how yucky our shower was, before. It definitely needed professional attention. Vanessa also told us how to properly maintain the condition she restored our shower to. Extremely satisfied.

Excellent job! I should be embarrassed to show the "before" photo (ugh) but just look at the difference! Technicians were right on time, friendly and professional, and worked hard to get my tile and grout looking like new. Would highly recommend - not cheap, but worth every penny. Thank you!

Met with Lisa after a water mishap stained the bathroom grout. Within a couple of days, she sent Jacklyn out to do our job. Jacklyn did a fantastic job and had our grout looking like new again! Working with these ladies was a great experience from start to finish. Not only are they passionate about their work, they do an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I absolute love my kitchen and bath tile now! Jaclyn and Samantha did such a great job. They were prompt, got to work right away. They did their work and explained cleaning techniques and care of my new tile. My best story is today I had a run-in with an immersion blender and a jar of almond butter that spewed almond butter everywhere, I was especially concerned about the oils getting in the grout. Before Mrs Grout I'd have been scrubbing that grout with my grout scrub brush. After Mrs Grout, I wiped it out with a wet rag so easily, I was amazed. This service as worth every penny spent.

Absolutely fantastic work! They discovered water behind our wall from the old grout being worn down, and was able to let it dry out! We are so thankful we got it done. Jaqueline was very nice, and very personable. Such a huge difference at a significantly lower price than remodeling. Highly recommend this company and Jaqueline!

The women worked diligently, with respect, answered all our questions with impeccable knowledge! You can tell they love their job! We hardly knew they were here for 7 hours, except for the fact we had to stay off the floors.
They let us know each step they were working on and gave us helpful information of future care for our floors and shower. I don't even recognize our shower after the work that was performed on it. It is beautiful and fresh! All the tile floors look as of they were just installed. I highly recommend using Mrs.Grout!

Jacqueline did a fantastic job. I was getting the job completed remotely and she contacted me while onsite to talk me through the process. She sent photo's for me to chose the correct grout color and followed up directly with me at every step. She returned later to the job for some additional follow through and then went way above and beyond to help with a couple of extra tile and made sure that the floors were clean as a whistle for my first view of her work. I am so impressed with this company from the owner, to Angelique the scheduler to Jacqueline the technician. I highly recommend this 5 star company!

I am so glad I found Mrs. Grout! My master shower was in great need of major cleaning, and Jacqueline did a beautiful job on it. And I would call Mrs. Grout for any other tile work in my home. I would definitely recommend your company to my neighbors!

I must say I was so impressed with the work that Mrs grout did. Her team is amazing I had all my floors done and a year later they still look amazing they were so thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. They are so professional and friendly they went through my entire house to make sure It was everything I wanted. They have so many samples that I couldn’t decide but with Mrs grout and her professional opinion we were able to choose a color and I couldn’t be anymore happy. The ladies arrived at our scheduled time. The walked the house forming a game plan. Explained exactly how they would clean the flooring. We left the house and returned to an absolutely clean floor. They did some samples of different colors of grout for us to see. They worked meticulously to color the grouting. The floors look amazing.
I highly recommend Mrs Grout if you’re in need of a very professional grout company. And yes, I would definitely use them again.

Found these women online and saw great reviews. Years ago we renovated 2 bathrooms, an expensive endeavor and surprisingly time consuming. This time, in this home, we're very happy with these women cleaning our bathroom tub, and shower tile and putting in new grout. One day for each bathroom, and then with hubby painting the walls and installing new fixtures, LOADS less expensive and not nearly time consuming like a complete renovation. Here's a few pictures showing their work. Oh, one more thing, I felt very comfy with having the women here working. If you're a single woman on your own and not keen on guy construction crews redoing your bath tiles, call Mrs Grout!

Our shower had pink and black mildew in the grout and was unpleasant to shower in. After pricing a new shower, (sticker shock there), we decided to go with Mrs Grout. I am a Realtor and she had done one of my seller's showers before and boy, what a difference! We were told it would take all day to do the jpb, I expected someone here for 8-9 hours. Jaclyn did the work, they are very good at communucating through texts and emails about their arrival time, quote details etc. It was not inexpensive, but if it lasts then it will be worth it. The job only took Jaclyn barely 6 hours, and she did not remove the shower floor grout because she said it wasn't needed, she was able to razor the black and pink mold away. I was surprised at that. Looks great, hopefully we can keep it this clean going forward!

Had my bathroom floor and shower cleaned and regrouted! One young lady named Vanessa did a wonderful job by herself which was very time consuming and by my observation, very back-breaking too! It is not expensive from the standpoint of replacing all the tile and flooring or bringing both areas back to like new! Very glad I called them!

The entire project was completed to every detail. I cannot believe the difference in the very discolored grout in cooking area!! the women who performed the very large job were friendly, very hard working and thorough. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone needing grout cleaning/repair and sealing.

Jaclyn and Vanessa both showed up on time and were amazing. They worked non stop on my tile floors, cleaning, scrubbing the grout to finally sealing it. My floors look almost new and they are 13 years old. I am so happy with Mrs Grout and her team. I highly recommend them.

The techs (Sam and Michele) did a great job! The grout looks like brand new! The price is not cheap, but worth every penny. You get what you pay for. They were here for hours and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend. If you really want your grout to look like new, hire this company! I included a before and a couple after pics
