After searching all day, speaking to condescending clerks who assumed I didn't know what I was talking about, and being treated like I was crazy...... I stumbled upon this Gem of a store! I was looking for a three-way coupling from my coolant system. You could even find it and the ones who did couldn't get it for me.. until this store. Thank you!

I was having a hard time finding parts for a rare jeep that I have I went to this Napa the man behind the counter named Bob completely went out of his way exhausted every avenue to help me find parts for my jeep we were successful on finding some of them and ruled out that they could not get the other parts he took the time out of his day and made sure that he got me everything he could So if you have hard to find stuff once a month to take the time of the day to make sure you get your answers or your parts go to this Napa highly recommended

These people actually care about getting it right. The owner is committed to customer service. It's like it used to be and still should be with most businesses.

I found out that Napa Auto park are cheaper than the rest of the places and you get better service. Is there a NAPA auto parts

Called in a last minute order, maybe 15 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. I raced into town for our order, and got there one minute after they were closed. Doors were locked and everything. Went back to my car, and a gentleman unlocked the door, and came out with a huge bag with my order in it. He said, "You're Sarah, right?" I said, "That's me. And you super rock dude." My hubby paid over the phone already. They went above and beyond to help us keep working, even after their quitting time. Thanks guys. Did I mention it was the Sunday before Labor Day? Great service, we have been shopping with Napa in every location they've had in town for at least 20 years.

Best prices in town. Just had to do brakes, rotors, calipers, pads, wheel bearing and tie rods on my 2009 Impala. Called all the competition but Napa blew them out of the water with prices $200 below everyone else in town. Great group of guys too!!

So I have a RC2512 batwing cutter and it's about 6 years old now. It lives outside or under some trees most of the time. The hydraulic cylinders needed a rebuild because they leak and wings wont raise anymore for transport. I couldn't find what I needed at the local ag stores so a buddy of mine told me about NAPA. I went today and they didn't have exactly what I needed but had the parts to make what I needed. That was really cool of the guy to do for me. He made up a little rig of a tee and 2 adapters and made me a short section of hose with fittings for another project too. He was super helpful and helped me get my equipment back up and running again. I don't have his name right now but I'll update this review asap when I learn of his name. Really nice and helpful NAPA guy. Thanks alot for your help today.

I needed diesel fuel filters for my 1980 Case 680G backhoe. They had the equivalent NAPA Gold filters. My buddy say they are great filters.

FWIW: There are a couple of big potholes in the lot next to the loading dock that could stand a few wheelbarrows of cold-patch.

Top notch, knowledgeable professionals fixed a problem that a mechanic with 32 years of practicing failed to acheive after working on vehicle 6 hours. Hats off to Napa Team!!!
