We went in on tueday. Jessica and Alexis were amazing. They were super helpful. We told jokes and laughed while they got our new LG phone ready. Super good service. Way to go you two!!!!

When you finally get tired of the abuse that you that you take in the Cincinnati Boost Mobile stores take a quick just tiny little trip just to cross the river to this store and be treated kindly with respect talk to you in a nice manner completely professional and a really nice girl great customer service yeah when you get tired of it just cross the river real quick and go to this store and be treated right.

I went in to pay my energy bill. I don't know about their phone service. I'm not a customer, but the girls are nice and courteous.
