Enchiladas Mexican Restaurant

SO GOOD! I've lived here seven years, passed by here a thousand times. In spite of friends and neighbors telling me it was excellent, I never went. Yesterday, about a dozen of us in my motorcycle group chose Enchiladas as our destination. We were seated immediately, and waited on right away. As I ordered the tacos, I was told that they were only a buck! Taco Tuesday will never be the same. Delicious! Every one of us loved our meals. I will be back. I took home chips and salsa. I wish I could give 6 stars. The best of a non-chain local business. Thank you!

Cute authentic atmosphere, amazing service and great food. Jose offers amazing customer service and even helped me jump my car when the battery was dead. Love this place!

This is a Mexican restaurant. We tried some new flavors for us. The mole is delicious.

just had Chicken and Steak Loco burrito and wife had beef chimney chimichanga. just wow, meat was cooked nice and still juicy, had extra red sauce on my Loco. food and staff still 5 stars!!!!!

They have changed the hours, and tonight we had Such amazing staff and Food.
I had the Loco burrito Chicken and Shredded beef, and wife had chimichanga and both were amazing

Chori-pollo and Loco Burrito tonight and it was so good.

The new owners making the food nice and hot. Even giving a nice amount of Queso cheese on the Loco Burrito. Wife got the pulled chicken. Nachos and everything was so good.

The Loco Burrito with steak and Shredded beef Is my favorites. Trust a Big Guy it's epic!!!

Ate at this place for the first time, food was good. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Update: 6/22 I just wanted some chips salsa and guacamole for pickup.
Got home and I had 2bags of chips, 2 containers of salad and a nice side of guacamole mexicano . I’ve not yet been disappointed.
The good has definitely outweighed any bad here.

Very nice, authentic Mexican restaurant.
Food was reasonably priced.
Food was very good, and alot of it.
Had authentic music playing inside, but not so loud . It was just enough to help the atmosphere feel authentic.
One of the best parts is the employees seemed to be happy and want to be there.
Over all a very good experience for my wife and I our first time here.

This time got the giant burrito Loco.
Amazing

My wife and I had lunch here. Good place to go for good service and excellent food. My wife had the flautas, and I had the garlic shrimp. Both were awesome tasting and had a good presentation. We will definitely come back here when we're in the area. Prices were good and servings we're big.

Really enjoyed everything. Jose was our waiter and took good care of us. Makes a good Sangria. Great, friendly service. Clean dining. Very clean restrooms. Entire staff were friendly and helpful. We will return.

You don't expect this place to be much when you start to head in, but once you are inside, you are greeted by some of the friendliest staff out there. They listen and understand when you have a super picky order. Then, when the food arrives, WOW!! The chips and salsa are amazing! The portions are HUGE! The food is so incredibly flavorful, we are hooked and will be going back many, many more times!!!!

Every year I drive 935 miles and ride my bike 22 to have their fajitas, so yeah, it’s worth the effort to come to Brooksville!

So my fiance boss suggested enchiladas Mexican and it's about 20 to 30 minutes away so I was a little iffy to drive that far for a little Mexican buttman my fiance and I were both thrown away and we're very glad we took the chance on her bosses word if you are looking for authentic Mexican this is definitely the place to try!

We had a great time at Enchiladas! Good food, good service and food was hot and on the table much quicker than many other places. Granted, it was after 4 when we arrived and it was slow.. there were others there and happily eating. Our waiter asked about refills a couple times, asked us if we wanted dessert, and even catered to my request for a menu AFTER I ate so I could take photos. Nice little restaurant that we'll be back for again and again.

Saw this little quaint Mexican restaurant while driving through Brooksville on our way home. So we decided to stop. I had the grilled tilapia Mexican style and my partner had the huevos rancheros. Both were delicious and healthy. Service was excellent also with reasonable prices. What's not to love? I will be back. 😋

Amazing authentic Mexican food. Much of the menu is made in house, the salsa, the mole, and the margaritas are top notch and definitely need to be tried.

For a mexican restaurant in downtown Brooksville, Enchiladas does some good authentic food! Their guacamole is thick, chunky, and packed with flavor. Today I had a steak chimichanga, which was perfectly fried. My wife had a combo plate with an enchilada, chili relleno, and a tamale. The portions are a good size, and you definitely leave full. The servers are attentive, and the food came out quick.

Nice environment, good food and very good service in a calm and quiet city. We ordered Shrimp Fajitas and Carne Asada Skirt Steak and we enjoyed everything. We were welcomed with lots of chips and salsa.

Jose our server was a blast he is very witty and attentive. The food was delicious especially the Texas pelusa....huge dish and enough for 2.....A+

Drove about 30-45 minutes to see what the hype was about and it did not disappoint! The food was -> AMAZING and the staff was very friendly and kind!

The food tasted super fresh and delicious. As an appetizer I got the toritilla soup which is a chicken and rice soup with fried tortilla chips, guacamole and cheese as a topping. Soup tasted fresh and amazing. For an entree I got the burrito fajita which is the food pictured below. Definitely would got there again. Service was good very attentive. They followed the CDC guidelines
