This realtor was the worst. Biased during a divorce. Actually testified in a motion in court and lied. Only interested in commission. Did 1 open house, during weekend of a hurricane. Dropped price 185k and insisted on we (sellers) pay the loan for a transferable solar loan. We had the roof inspected less than a year ago for solar. The realtor insisted that the house needed a new roof, even sent us estimates for crazy priced new roofs. Found out the buyer was another realtor. This realtor is useless and only worried about their commission. Sad!!
