This is a belated review

My wife and I wanted to retire to Florida. After lots of homework we decided to look at homes in the Springhill FL area. We met Stephanie Rotunda from Heart of Florida Realty estate agency at a house viewing online. We called, and explained to Stephanie that at the moment we still live in NJ and can’t just fly back and forth to look at houses. She asked us what we were looking for, so we told her exactly what we wanted, well it seems that we met the right agent! Stephanie Rotunda is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowledgeable, understanding and she reassured us that she would do everything to make us happy. After lots of questions and concerns, Stephanie never left any questions or concerns of ours unanswered. Stephanie put a list of houses for us to see on the internet, we picked out the ones we wanted to see, and flew out to Florida. Stephanie asked us to meet her at one of the houses on the list, after looking at a few houses, we decided to make an offer, and by the time we got to the next house viewing, the owners had accepted our offer. Stephanie assured us that she would handle everything for us, which she did. We purchase our home over a year ago, and have moved in, in the last 6 months, we are very happy.

Grateful to Mika for being consistent and patient with me during the pandemic. I work overseas and we started to look for homes right when the pandemic hit and I found myself stuck overseas. Once I was in the states for a significant amount of time we found a house that we believe would be a nice house to grow into. The process was smooth, maybe one bump in the road on the other end but Mika handled it easily. Mika kept her line open for me whenever I had a question and was sure to have everyone on the same page that was involved with me purchasing my home. Mika also is still more excited that I bought a home than I am lol.

Trying to buy a house in a competitive market is hard, you need a strong ally with great people skills to help you. Mika Rotunda was the perfect Realtor for us. She helped us sort through houses for several months. Even though the process was stressful at times, Mika was a constant source of support and positivity. We kept optimistically looking, and I'm very glad that we did. The Perfect house was waiting, and Mika led us there.
When we did find our house. Mika’s rapport with the selling realtor helped convey to the sellers that this was the start of our first family home. Mika encouraged us to write a letter to the sellers. The seller picked us not because we offered them the most money, but because they wanted the house to be loved, not just flipped. There is no way in hell that we could have done this without her.
If we needed any third parties like inspectors, electricians, plumbers, ect. Mika had a list of trusted professionals ready to go. She was excellent during the closing process as well, guiding the path through all the paperwork and contracts, red tape included. All of it was no match for Mika Rotunda. When it was all said and done and I’m sitting in our brand new home, about to start my family, I couldn’t be more grateful.
